Delicious burgers, named after famous people. Posters and other reminders of the 50's and 60's line the walls. Funky "hole-in-the-wall." Great shakes and lime rickeys - yum. I like the food, atmosphere, and friendly staff. Usually go during the week, before 12 noon, or when school is out... read more

This restaurant is funky, noisy and full of character. Come prepared to share a table, enjoy the memorabilia on the walls which you wait for your burger which is being cooked behind a glass wall in the same room as you. The burgers are big so perhaps share, you can order extra fries, and all kinds of toppings. There is... More

Main reason for going to mr. Bartley's is I watched a show with guy fiery at the restaurant, and I really wanted what he had. After arriving, I made my request only to be told it was not possible because his burger was made special for the show. I then requested the cook that made his burger make one for... More

This establishment makes delicious, juicy burgers and satisfying milkshakes and fries. I haven't gone there in a while, in part because other burger joints in the area offer naturally-raised beef burgers. So I can't recommend a specific burger (which is the only thing I've ever ordered there because they're so good). As far as I know, Bartley's doesn't offer offer... More

While college shopping, we dined at Mr. Bartley's. The menu provides great laughs with burgers named after famous folks. But that's not all--the burgers are big, beautiful, and delicious. Dining here is a great experience!

Doesn't smell very good in here: you'll need to air out your clothes after a visit. Atmosphere is cool, but food not very good quality.

We stopped in for lunch one day before a tour to Harvard. It was well worth it. There are so many burger options - even a "Rob Ford" - which to me was hilarious being from Toronto. I chose the veggie burger (which is always hit and miss at restaurants) and it was very good. My companions were also pleased... More

This was my second trip to Mr. Bartley's. The atmosphere is fun and the burgers are amazing. I had the Kim Kardashian which was a teriyaki burger complete with a pineapple. Cash only.

I recently went to Mr. Bartley's with a friend. I had seen it on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives and it was also in The Social Network. I figured it must be really good considering all the exposure. It ended up being good, but I probably wouldn't make a point to go back with all the restaurant options in the Cambridge/Boston... More
