Having tried and enjoyed the risotto funghi on a previous visit, I decided this time on the risotto frutti di mare. It was excellent. The many wines by the "quartino" are a very good deal, and the setting and service remain top notch. The valet parking at $20 is a bit steep, costing more than the risotto! But it is... More

This was a first class restaurant (although prices match). We had a short wait, but they have us a free app for the wait. The food was perfect and very large servings. Stay away for mixed drinks unless your budget is unlimited, highballs run around $15. Would hightly recommend and will return on next trip

We were a group of 15 and they placed us in a nice private room with pocket doors and our own bathroom. Very nice décor. The menu was restricted because of the large group but everything was above average. Service was excellent. Only con was that it was pricey but it WAS Cambridge.

Amazing Italian food at Toscano! Reminds me of eating in Italy! The service was good! We had reservations and arrived early, yet still had to wait well after our reservation time! The manager bought us an app for the wait time! I would go back to eat here every night if the others in my group would allow it! The... More

This restaurant was recommended by the hotel as it was very close by. The food was very good, the service was really good as well. It definitely does not compare to the North End, but if you want a nice italian meal in the Harvard area without the long wait of going into the North End, this is a great... More

Great, very clean, white linens, great service. Food was fresh, nice portions, nicely seasoned. We both loved our entrees, salmon and lamb shank..

I was sadly disappointed with the food and service. Had the pasta with sausage and truffle cream sauce. The sausage did not have a taste since it was sand sized and no recognizable flavor. The service was spotty and less attentive than expected. Wait between salad and meal was 20 minutes. The atmosphere is loud. The chandeliers are beautiful!!!! Would... More

Toscano is a bit pricey, like most of the restaurants near Harvard. But the service was attentive and the food almost as good meals we had enjoyed in Italy the week before.

This was the most amazing experience! We were seated at a table in front of the open front windows, with a beautiful gentle breeze on a warm day in 2013. We ordered 3 different pizzas & drinks for us & a friend whom we were visiting. The pizza was simply amazing! We could not stop eating it! The service was... More

Charming and blessedly quiet . My wife said It was the best cod she's had. Waiter suggested an excellent rose wine. Fine lunch , good location, great service all for $50.
