Delicious and Unique

This is a gem of a place. The food is delicious and the history behind it is compelling. I highly recommend this restaurant for people who enjoy bold flavors and spice.

A friendly welcome preceded an interesting and very pleasant meal. Two senior adults and a five year old boy all were pleased by the meal and service. The adults had the national dish of Brazil, the five year old was satisfied with his steak tips. We tried their nonalcoholic drinks, fruit based and again each was able to find something... More

Came here on a Friday night. Food pretty tasty but also all very similar but plus side, seemed clean and healthy and well priced. Crab cake starter is disgusting....be warned! Friendly service but environment a little like a canteen. May return but has some things that need improving.

The place is friendly and well decorated with great touch of Brazilian culture and local art. The food is fantastic and the price is worth it. All the MUQUECAS, which arethe signature dishes are delicious! The owner "Fatinha" is a wonderful chef and sweet person who is striving to do the best for her clients and the community. The environment... More

We walked by this tiny, unimposing restaurant on a Sunday afternoon at 5:00 pm, and it was already packed with people! We went inside to check out the menu and were greeted warmly by a waiter. The menu looked interesting, but what convinced us to eat there were the aromas permeating from the kitchen. We started with a freshly-made fish... More

We had a great meal, highlighted by a tasty and filling feijoada. Their caipirinhas were a bit less than what I was hoping for, as they are forced to use a low-alcohol wine-based cachaca (Never thought that possible, before this!) Booooo to the state liquor laws!

The food was delicious with unique flavor that I'd never had before. Everything was cooked perfectly. We had a few appetizers and the. Split a main course and it was delicious. The sangria was good too.

What a wonderful experience I had having dinner with my wife and daughter this evening at this truly outstanding Brazilian restaurant. Having become obsessed recently with moqueca, a Brazilian/Portuguese/West African seafood stew, I looked on various sites to determine if there was a restaurant in my area that is known for this healthful and delicious concoction. The resounding consensus was... More

We'd never been to a Brazilian restaurant, but thought we'd give it a try - and were very pleased! The service is extraordinary - very welcoming and patient explaining menu items. The food was completely unfamiliar to us, but it tasted amazingly good. Even the kids loved it. I would highly recommend this place!
