Opened in 1996, Grafton Street Pub & Grill has been a beloved institution of Harvard Square for almost two decades. This neighborhood hotspot is named after the spirited cobblestone-lined shopping district in Dublin's famed Temple Bar area. Grafton Street deftly combines the warmth and coziness of a traditional neighborhood pub with the aesthetic of a contemporary restaurant. During the summer months, guests can enjoy al fresco dining on Grafton Street's spacious sidewalk patio. The restaurant offers full bar service and boasts a seasonally-changing wine list with over 75 varieties, as well as a robust selection of craft beers from several local breweries.

Nice location, good hamburger!

The atmosphere of this place is really nice and the hamburger was very good! I suggest it also for a beer after work/study!

Cool atmosphere. Every one of our dishes was perfectly prepared. Artful and delicious food. Server was aloof and rude. Food made up for that. Would go again and want to.

I was excited to come here with my mom and sister because I used to come all the time - sometimes for food but mostly just for drinks with friends. The bar is the same - fine wine and beer list - but the food is different and I'm not sure I'm crazy about it. The oysters were fresh and... More

I have been going to Grafton Street for years. A fixture in Harvard Square, it is super easy to access (via T or walking) and, for years, was a reliable source for good food and atmosphere. Recently, I've noticed changes and yesterday was the topper - I won't be back. It was bad enough when GS got rid of the... More

This is my favorite spot for lunch or Sunday brunch in Harvard Sq. The food is very good, the Sangria is the best I've found in the area, and the regular daytime bar tender is funny, attentive and makes great drinks. Highly recommended!

We eat at this place regularly - maybe once a month, so we are fans. I'd call it a good quality pub with grub that is a grade above what you expect in a pub. The other night we had the Ploughman's platter- nice selection of prosciutto, pate, terrine, salami. The mussel appetizer was good, and huge for an app.... More

I love Grafton Street. One of my go-to spots for a quick lunch or a nice dinner right in the heart of Harvard Square. Food quality is consistently high, service is fast and efficient.

A group of us stopped by Grafton Street for dinner. They were really busy and we didn't have a reservation but they were very helpful. We sat outside and enjoyed the people watching. We kept things casual and had fish and chips and burgers but they had lots of options including salads and seafood. The fish and chips was amazing!

The food was ashy and filling, there was a great range of refreshments to wash your meal down with snd ample seating both on and outdoors. They lost our food order for only a few minutes and the manager covered the cost. Impressed!
