Fantastic Atmosphere - many great things but inconsistent food experience

Funky bohemian romantic restaurant. Staff was dressed in trendy 20s art decoish cool looking clothing. Beautiful people and such great teamwork! They were so accommodating and never stopped smiling. Possibly the coolest restaurant in Cambridge (and that's saying a lot!) for grownups only - don't bring young children. Serving staff and greeters are dressed in a combination of bordello and Belleville, bustiers and tutus, and a good time seems to be had by all. The decor is dripping with fringe and funky furnishings. It's not Hooters and the servers... More

Had a really disappointing first and only visit to Cuchi Cuchi recently. Our group of 9 had called days in advance to book and we're told that they don't do bookings but that we should come along and would not be waiting more than 30 minutes. We arrived at 7:30 and put our names down and were informed it might... More

Caught up with some friends here on Tuesday night whilst visiting from London. The cocktails are AMAZING!!!!! I would recommend the Thai Cocktail which is muddled lemongrass & basil, coconut rum, citrus vodka, champagne float. Super refreshing on a balmy summer evening. Whilst there, I had my fortune told which was quirky and fun. Apparently a windfall is afoot at... More

A slightly eclectic place with a good vibe, odd décor, friendly and efficient services and good food. We had a series of tapas dishes. The lamb was especially good and I enjoyed the small shrimps in garlic too. Also had a good cauliflower dish and some mushrooms which I was less keen on. Good selection of cocktails and wine too.

Huge drink menu with one whole page of "muddled" drinks. Loved every one we tried. Small plates were delicious. Great waitstaff as well.

My boyfriend and I popped in here before a show on a Thursday night. It was just starting to get busy but we were able to find 2 seats at the bar. I would recommend making a reservation, a lot of people walked in and walked out. The place is pretty small but I loved the 1920s décor and the... More

Upbeat Place A group of us celebrating a friend’s b-day went to have some good food and fun. This place is not for everyone, fun mixture of Latin and club musing paying in the background. Our water was lots of fun, he had a very nice accent we did not ask form what country he was. Small plates to share... More

Cuchi Cuchi is an intersting place.... It's retro feel is quite fun, the wait staff is accomodating, the alcoholic drink list is unique and extensive but the food is fair at best. Nothing outstanding to speak of. I was there recently with a large group and has sampling of many dishes and nothing wowed me at all. Fun place to... More
