I went with a couple of girl friends, I wanted something lighter than BBQ. I ordered the asian shrimp pasta dish. It was fried shrimp and noodles swimming in a heavy salty sauce. I was not happy with my meal at all.

We chose to eat at the East Coast Grill mainly because it has appeared on one of our favourite shows Man Vs Food. Initially we were not sure they would allow children as it seemed quite busy and loud, however the super friendly staff soon ended that assumption and allowed my wife and three year old to settle into a... This neighborhood fish and rib restaurant offers great drinks and outstanding food fare. Waiter was efficient and friendly. A small issue with one appetizer was addressed promptly and effectively by the staff. Homemade ice creams are to die for. Very crowded on weekends but worth the wait.

We sat at the bar for dinner as we didn't have reservations and the place was bustling. Got an up close view of the guy preparing the fresh seafood/raw platters. Looked like he was just out of high school but he kept up with the pace. We found the staff gregarious and friendly and hope that the issue that goodadvice... More

Visiting Boston for a wedding and met my grandson here for dinner....seafood and barbecue - what's not to love. Ironically, my son is leaving for Israel next week so shellfish and pork won't be on the menu anytime soon. The raw oysters were so fresh with the taste of the sea. No complaints on the pulled pork, Texas brisket or... More

The food served here is outstanding. I arrived for dinner early and it was not busy at all. Plenty of tables empty. i noticed an older couple that were sited under a fan. The gentleman could have been 80 years and he wanted to sit at a table that wasn't as cold. The server immediately informed them that all the... More

This is a great neighborhood spot for fresh fish in styles that range from Caribbean to Cajun. Standouts include the raw bar, seared tuna, and fish and chips, but you really can't go wrong. If you can tear yourself away from the seafood menu, the barbecue selections are also pretty outstanding. The restaurant does get crowded, and latecomers might get... More

I wish we could take our tip back. We finished a dinner with a large party and most of us had left. A few of us stayed back to finish watching the end of the game, which had about five minutes left. Unfortunately the bar tender turned the TV off and when questioned he told us "talk to the manager."... More

Fun atmosphere & ambience, nice savory flavors, but they don't quite get grilling fish as well as they do meat & vegetables. We asked for the scallops to be cooked through, but they came undercooked. Also, the waitress either resided in a different world. or had a terrible memory as she forgot the standard cornbread, the pickles, & 1 item we ordered.... More
