Did not know what we would find and were very pleasantly surprised. Beautiful decor, interesting menu, plenty of drink choices with interesting combinations. This is a place that likes to play with it's food and drinks. Our meals were delicious. The only miss was the roasted red arugula with the scallops, very bitter and the missing flavor of horse radish... More

Six of us were looking for a reasonably priced place for dinner that was fully handicapped accessible, and Temple Bar was it. The brand new waitress was as accommodating as could be... if she hadn't been shaky on answering questions about the menu we never would have guessed it was her first day on the job. Our meals were very... More

We went as a family to Temple Bar; my brother, niece, mother and I. Some of us had been there before. We had reservations and were seated in a booth opposite a large (15 people) party that was enjoying a beer dinner. They were loud and this did not allow for conversation. We started with drinks and I had a... More

Great service, friendly staff, good bistro food with good variety. Very kind to children, at least the polite child I was with.

This is a cool place, with lots of atmosphere. But the food was attempting to be bold, adventurous, and memorable---but just could not make it all the way to memorable. Bad? No. But not too exciting,

This is a go-to place when I have a little extra money to spend. for tourists/travelers it is about a 15 minute pleasant walk from Harvard Square. Both brunch and dinner are excellent and cocktails are innovative and priced in $10-12 range. I like that it has many vergetarian options and often get 2 appetizers rather than one entree. for... We had a very nice brunch at the Temple Bar. The space was pretty. The service was good, with the earnestness that always pervades a restaurant near a college. The coffee was OK. The menu was good, varied and reasonably priced. The omelettes were very good. The pancakes were excellent. I would happily return.

For a casual, friendly and spacious restaurant for dinner, this is a great choice. The burger was fantastic.

The cocktails were very good, try an old fashioned. The lighting is dim and the restaurant features brick walls, leather booths and hardwood chairs. The atmosphere feels old and upscale. Perfect for a date. They also own Park and the Russell House Tavern, and like those restaurants the food is very good. We had the charcuterie to start and pork... More

Went for st valentines and we got undercooked and cold rib eye that seemed more like another kind of meat. Wife woke up at 3am to literally toss her cookies (that is why i am writing this). Wine pairing was also mediocre. Many better choices close by with regards to food!
