Comfort food meets Loud and lively ambiance

Temple Bar is one of our go to restaurants in the area. Always consistently good! The truffle pizza is great along with the calamari. Especially nice to eat outside when weather permits. Great people watching. Pretty easy to get a reservation or walk in.

We were there early on a Tuesday evening, so it was not too crowded or noisy. My appetizer was small, but my burger was absolutely huge! My wife had duck for the main course, and it was a small dish, in a haut cuisine sort of way. The difference between the size of my dish and my wife's was astonishing.

Went expecting more of a bar as the name states, but turns out it was more restaurant-like to us. Great service, some good beers, so-so food. Not in a rush to go back, but wouldn't shy away from it.

You can dine comfortably outside in the summer, and inside is very spacious and comfortable in the winter. The food is of excellent quality, and is usually conventionally prepared. The service has always been prompt and polite. What I like best about Temple Bar is that it's good place to go to relax and enjoy a good meal, especially with... More

We eat here regularly. Best thing: they don't hold back reservation times on Open Table. Food: I'll be skipping the entrees in favor of a burger or pizza. I ordered the duck breast and although it was well prepared, it was dumped on the plate in a mound of faro and some overcooked green vegetable. Too expensive for this treatment.... More

This restaurant has a nice ambience and it is often possible to get a table near the open window, which I love. The bartender is excellent and I think he makes one of the best cosmos around. I also like their duck confit on a bed of frisée. We return often.

Looks like an upsale place and service is excellent! but the food should be better, it is expected when you walk in here. Too bad really, they have invested so much in the place, atmosphere is great, So, its a bit disappointing when the food is not better.

Very nicely decorated space with excellent service and tiny free parking lot in back. If food were up to par it be a ten. Very average.
