Not too many restaurants in this part of Kenmore Square--unfortunately. EVOO has a focus on create your own individual pizzas. Dough is ok. Service is ok. Bourbon pecan pie with fresh whipped cream is great! Overal ok-not great.

I really enjoyed my dinner with my co-workers at EVOO. I tried the rabbit mousse someone ordered. That was a little strange for me but not bad. My corn bisque and fried soft shell crab sandwich were delicious. It was definitely not cheap but well worth it to treat yourself after a long day at the office. The service was... More

The salad was delicious although a little sandy. The main course of salmon was perfectly cooked and the desert scrumptious!

Went here for lunch and was a delightful experience. Tasty food, good service and reasonably priced. Sort of fusion but not pretentious or confusing. Recommended

I recently visited EVOO with a small group of six. The waitstaff was most accommodating. We were seated in a semi-private area so we could visit, chat, and enjoy. Our server offered explanations of the intriguing menu selections. The shared appetizers were very good. My beef tenderloin was one of the best I have ever had! Our shared desserts were... More

Evoo has an excellent menu and ambiance and great service! There were so many cocktails that I wanted to try that I'll definitely come back just to try those - my strawberry margarita was amazing. The meal started off with a colorful colander of bread (so cute!) accompanied by olive oil and parmesan cheese. For appetizers my boyfriend and I... More

Dinner at EVOO was excellent, indeed. Following a glass of Prosecco and an assortment of olives and cheeses - the fresh olives were outstanding - I enjoyed a salad of arugula, fiddleheads, feta, and asparagus, and then a nice piece of tenderloin. The warm chocolate cake floating on toasted marshmallow cream was great, and the espresso was much better than you... More

Great local food restaurant in a new location. We shared a novel cheese appetizer and then the 'Chinese Box'. Great flavors and we liked the spicy jalapeno margarita as well!

Being in Boston this past weekend, a friend insisted we have dinner at EVOO and I am so glad we did! Food, service and atmosphere were all exceptional. The presentations were different but not fussy in any way. We were lucky to be seated at a high top, so we could enjoy watching the food being prepared in the kitchen.... More

I chose this place because it good reviews and the menu looked interesting. My dish was indeed interesting (including rabbit, polenta, fiddlehead ferns, and popcorn among other things) and despite the odd combination was quite tasty and well-presented. Atmosphere was pleasant--not exciting but not stuffy, good enough for a night out of dining and entertainment. Also, loved the chocolate salty... More
