the food and sandwiches are good and original, however, the price is quite high for what or how much you eat. i went there a few times but was always hungry and could have afforded more food for the same price. However, still a good place to go time to time

Flour is a really solid breakfast lunch place. The baked goods are to die for and their prepared food is always really good. Coffee is also solid. Here's what I have had over the years that I recommend- eggs in any form (quiche or breakfast sandwich) because they are fluffy and amazing. Brioche bread, banana bread, bacon, coffee. Stop next... The pastry itself is above average, but the pricing is on the high end. The coffee is just average, depending on the barista that is making it. One of the best bakery specialists in Boston

Fresh wholesome food & beverages . Like a more green Starbucks w ith greater choice of food but more limited on the drinks side. Beware of wifi rationing – not available at lunchtime 11- 2 pm. They have their reasons but it was real nuisance for me at the time. Was not ready for lunch but the almond meringue was... More

I visited the Cambridge location and had the curried Tuna sandwich prepared as a salad, very good! Tried the chocolate hazelnut cookie which was also delicious. Many other tempting looking pastries were available. Will go back!

My daughter and I went almost 30 minutes out of our way after touring Boston University to have lunch here. I had the roast lamb sandwich - the meat was so tender, the tomato chutney perfection, and the thick layer of goat cheese divine! My daughter had the mushroom quiche special, and wished she had ordered two. Desserts were just... More

Called in for coffees and cake. Espresso was good, iced coffee was great and the Boston cream pie was very yummy. The staff were nice and friendly. Will be back.

Staff are nice, and they have very delicious baked goods! I have tried awesome muffin: I do not know the name of it, but with full of good stuff--apples, raisins, coconuts, millet and such. And tried granola bar, it was not like a regular granola bar but more soft and nutty and fruity. Sticky bun was also delicious. Coffee was... More

It's no accident that this place is ALWAYS busy. Great, real food that includes veggie and whole-grain options, as well as some seasonal and herby choices; crazy-yummy baked goods; and general good humor on the part of service staff. Can be tough to find a seat anywhere near meal hours, but worth the wait.
