Crema is a great little casual cafe to grab breakfast, lunch, coffee, snacks. They have great pastry's too. It's a busy, bustling place, with nice staff and great food.

i just love this little, overpriced place. They have plenty to choose from and its all good. It is overpriced but it is Cambridge where lots of money walks by each day. The outdoor seating is situated in just about the best spot in town.

I came here with the wife of a colleague. The pastries are the first thing you see as you stand in line to order. I did purchase one, and it was delicious. I tried the Thai Iced Tea, and I very much enjoyed it. The atmosphere is nice. It can get busy and noisy, though.

Needed coffee and a place to sit after a tour and shopping. Coffee was over roasted and average. My daughter's ice tea was decent. Overall, place was decent but didn't blow me away.

This is one of those cafes where you want to try EVERYTHING on the menu because they look so good, and because they won't necessarily dry up your wallet! There's a great variety of food items and beverages to choose from, and my last visit, I purchased a wonderfully savory and flaky spinach and leek quiche with a house coffee.... More

Its great location next to Harvard so its naturally a student joint and cool place to hangout. their coffee is great and way better than Starbucks. no internet but can get it if you are sitting outside! Try their homemade soup or sandwich.

Crema aims to please a clientele of (mainly) students who have other choices. It delivers high quality drinks and prepared foods. Many tables are occupied by students using laptops.

My wife got. Tarragon sandwich which was hands-down the best chicken salad sandwich with Brie cheese, walnuts and pear slices. I had Iced Latte and Cherry Bourbon Bread pudding, both very delicious.

i bought beans from them (the Handsome branded ones) and they were v average. The coffee they brew is also good by Cambridge standards but not great compared to a lot of the independent coffee shops in London (UK). Their breakfast food in general is pretty good especially those hot sandwiches with eggs (although Darwin cafe does it better..) but... More
