So our part comprised my wife and i in our late forties our son 22 and my wifes mother ( too polite to say her age) and we all thought this was our best meal of our trip to the states to visit Boston and New York. Great food with a great atmosphere and friendly service. We used Trip Advisor... More

We visited 'The Druid' for a family dinner out, and as the title states, came away with mixed feelings. If you like a pub/bar, then this is the place for you. However, patrons looking for a family feel May want to take their business elsewhere. Some of our party were slightly uncomfortable with the low-key, pub-authentic atmosphere, but the food... More

When I dine at the Druid, I feel about as close to being in Ireland than at any other pub in the Boston area. Friendly service, great food and...no TV!

It's amazing that they can put out that food from such a tiny kitchen. My favorite is the pork chop, It's a double chop and always cooked perfectly. They put some tasty crispy stuff on the top (maybe turnip?). Just about everything I've tried here has been excellent. The authentic fish and chips come wrapped in newspaper and is delish.... More

Let's start off by explaining that this place is small compared to the other Irish pubs in the area. So I suggest going at 9:30 (they serve food till 10:00 last I checked) the earliest to check out the Irish Jam if you also want a chance at a seat. The food is solid and beer reasonably priced. The Druid... More

My buddies and I went to the Druid after a Saturday night at Fenway. The waiter told us that although the brunch menu was what was offered, the whole menu was available if we had a little extra time to wait. I thought that was nice of him. We all ordered off the brunch menu anyways, most of us choosing... More

But I guess on a Sunday midday, I shouldn't be surprised that the bartender's hungover to the b'jesus. I enjoyed myself anyway.

The Druid is a small, lively pub. We went with a group which included an Irishman seems to be a main fixture at this establishment. Sunday at noon, before March 17th, day of the big parade and marathon..it was jammed pack. We quickly got our drinks and didn't have to wait too long for a table to become available considering... Best fish and chips and proper Irish sausages. What more could you ask for besides the best service from a group of Irish lads.

Oh my goodnessss! What an ammmaaaaaazzzinnggggg pub! Best Sunday brunch I've ever had. Get the oatmeal with Irish cream. Also they know how to do tea properly. I asked for hot tea and the waiter actually brought milk to go with it! Best meal I've had in all of Boston.
