Some of the best ice cream in Boston!

Christina's is one of my two favorite ice cream places in Boston, the other being JP Lick's. I think Christina's is all about interesting flavors (perhaps made with some of their spices next door) whereas JP Lick's is about different combinations (especially involving chocolate!) Enjoy!

Tastes and feels like it is made of some great ingredients. I appreciate the large variety of flavors. I am a fan of the chocolate mouse and the banana but everything else is great too (the coconut is nice). Not too sophisticated. And not enough light-fruit-refreshing tastes. Inman square just keeps getting better. Lots of nice places and even bars... More

Curious as to what homemade ice cream states like , I ventured to Christians.there is a plethora of flavours to select from and each scoop is very large.I had 2 scoops of mango abd baileys irish cream.neither disappointed.I was very happy with my 3.84$ well spent.

This legendary scoop shop is unassuming. The selection of flavors was good. The ice cream is good, decent butterfat content, good amount of air in the product lending a fine mouth feel. The flavors were not intense, but tasty. There was a slight grainy quality to the product. The Coconut Butterfinger was a clever combination. The Molasses Ginger was mostly... More

This is not as sensational as three sisters in providence. Anywhere else, five star. But routine for level offered in Cambridge.

So we have had this incredibly cold winter, and we are still standing out side in line waiting to get in and get our ice cream here. And yes, it is worth it! The regular flavors are fabulous..but the specialty flavors are the bomb! Try something new, it will be worth it.

Our kids thought we were nuts, hustling them through the cold to Christina's on our last night in Boston. But we couldn't leave without having Christina's ice cream - DELICIOUS. I think it's the texture for me - thick, creamy, fabulous. So many flavours, lovely spice smell in the store, just go!

Our party was amazed at the variety of flavors Christina offered, and enjoyed tryiing a couple of the more obscure ones. I would have liked a bit more variety in lower fat Frozen Yogurt choices, but I realize that's not the primary market for Christina's offerings.

Christina's offers a wide range of great flavors of rich ice cream, a couple dozen or more regulars and a few specials. It appears to be a sister business to the spice and exotic grain store next door, which speaks to the inventive and rich flavors. Service behind the counter is generally friendly and efficient. There is some seating indoors... More
