Our party was amazed at the variety of flavors Christina offered, and enjoyed tryiing a couple of the more obscure ones. I would have liked a bit more variety in lower fat Frozen Yogurt choices, but I realize that's not the primary market for Christina's offerings.

Christina's offers a wide range of great flavors of rich ice cream, a couple dozen or more regulars and a few specials. It appears to be a sister business to the spice and exotic grain store next door, which speaks to the inventive and rich flavors. Service behind the counter is generally friendly and efficient. There is some seating indoors... More

We visited Christina's Ice Cream on the recommendation of one of our party and thoroughly enjoyed it. The list of flavors was extensive, and the ones we tried were excellent, especially the banana flavor. Our only complaints were that the ice cream seemed slightly melted, and the shop had a very strong smell of organic spices. Overall, we thought Christina's... More

Nice selection of ice creams and sorbets. Look for the handwritten additions to the lists of flavours. These are typically ice creams made from fresh seasonal ingredients sourced from locally. Try the rose if they have it. You'll be surprised in a good way. The mint was great too.

We visited around 9:30 PM, after leaving dinner at a restaurant nearby. I was very happy to find that it was still open so late. They were very busy, probably due to the fireworks nearby, but the line moved as quickly as could be expected, and despite having ten people in front of us, we barely had time to make... More

Filled up on barbecue next door and couldn't pass by Christine's. Didn't disappoint. The boys had ginger maple and butterfinger coconut and I had chocolate banana. We all loved our choices. The small cup was quite generous and it was just perfection...so creamy and flavorful.

Christina's gets crowded in the summer, but it's worth it to get a cool treat that's a bit out of the ordinary. Plus, waiting in line will give you time to thoroughly examine the big list of flavors, which includes unusual items inspired by their adjacent spice shop. Recent tastes: carrot cake, ginger, molasses, burnt sugar. Scan the bottom row... More

This has to be one of the best places on earth to get ice cream. My wife and I had been hearing about it, but were just waiting for the right time/weather to bring the kids here. This place really lives up to its reputation. Not only are the ice cream flavors really creative, and out of the norm, but... More

We live in Maine and I return to the Boston area for work every other month. A trip down is not complete with out a stop here. All of city charm is evident! the bulletin plastered walls, the way too cool for words servers and ice cream that defines the genre!

A local friend took me here as 1 of her fave ice cream places. It's adjacent to its Indian spice store, so it smells like an Indian restaurant upon entering as opposed to a dessert place. The flavors are abundant and more interesting than the norm. I had the Mexican chocolate. It was very good and lots of spice... so... More
