Great decor. A menu that is not extensive but entertaining and plan on time to read and understand what is being provide given the woodsy names. Of the four of us eating two meals great two poor. Service friendly but sporadic. Doubt I will recommend to others.

Been coming her for years - family love the laid back atmosphere. We used to love the food. Has gone down hill. Ordered crawfish as an appetizer- doughy and rubbery. Beer was toasty. Sandwiches were skimpy on the meat and very overlooked. They used to have a good tenderloin but evidently ran out and substituted a "flying disc". When we... More

We heard of this place by word of mouth. The parking lot is always full. The menu was interesting. They offer bison, elk, gator, etc. I had a hamburger ponyshoe. They went easy on the cheese, which I appreciated. My husband and daughter had the wings. They ordered the boneless grilled, but wished they had ordered traditional. They felt they... More

Went here with my husband and the in laws. Food was decent. Waitress was nice, but slow. I like the environment, but not the seats.. they're uncomfortable. Would maybe try again.

Filled with mounted game animals and a hunting/ fishing motif, this restaurant is a fun place to visit with its cold beer and out of the ordinary menu. For those with palates that favor nontraditional fare, the menu offers up elk, venison, turkey and buffalo burgers or Kobe beef for less adventuresome folks like myself. There is an entire flock... The atmosphere is unique, if you love to see the various animals mounted around you, fish, deer, moose, bear, fowl, wolf, you name it. We had elk burger that was good, not as good as our deer burger and we didn't get deer last year so we missed it. I had the tacklebox you choose 3 items and get a... More

Based on review, I ordered wings for my dinner (buffalo blue), my daughter ordered a hamburger horseshoe and my husband ordered the "Canoe," a cheesesteak sandwich. My wings were extremely blah. The buffalo sauce was not at all hot, and the bleu cheese sauce that was on them was weak. The hamburger on my daughter's horseshoe had absolutely no flavor.... More

Great food and service. Usual but great food. Everyone tried a different dish and no one was unhappy. We were also able to make reservations if you call early enough
