I hope this place survives; it's got a very inventive menu, and interesting, different, and delicious dishes. Might be a little too daring for Springfield, though. We had brunch, but I would love to return for dinner. Lots of things I'd still like to try. The only miscue was a gap between concept and execution in my tomato salad, in... More

I was in town for a conference and stopped in for dinner. I tried the 6-course chef's tasting menu and was not disappointed. Every course was great! The only blah course was the first, heirloom tomatoes with olive oil and feta. I only rate it as "blah" because of the deliciousness of the later courses. The roasted cauliflower with curried... What's available is what's on the menu. It's that simple. And tasty. Interesting menu presented by servers conversant with the day's selections. Everything is local to the area, the state or the region, so the menu says. Not a cheap eats place for sure, but certainly reasonable. Looking forward to dinner to test the menu again. My sandwich, made with... More

some reviewers have criticized small portions. I find the menu to be interesting and healthy portion sizes. If you want a small plate, don't expect a lot of food. Servers are friendly, but not too friendly. I love to come here and see what new innovations are on the menu. I recently had the summer corn chowder and it was... More

We have been here several times and always look forward to the new menu options. I had the Summer Cesaer Salad and Roasted Cauliflower with Curry Hummus which was just delicious. Good atmosphere and service. Perfect for a special occasion.

Our family went to eat at this restaurant located in the west side of Springfield. The food was excellent and the service was very good. This restaurant has a limited menu, a little on the pricey side, and often varies from week to week, but every item will not disappoint.

Arriving in Springfield early one evening, we ended up eating at American Harvest and were very happy with our meal. I had an heirloom tomato salad and a blt taco - both were nicely seasoned and delicious. My kids both had and liked hamburgers which were stripped down versions of the normal burger on the menu (there is no kid... More

This is one of my favorite places to eat. Here, you get what you pay for: excellent presentation, food and service. The meals are excellent and I love the fact that they used locally sourced foods. the menu changes based on the seasons or whatever they happen to pick up at the farmers market that morning.

On our way from Wi to St. Louis decided to try to find a healthy place to eat. Searched google for natural foods restaurant and this was #1 in search. Looked at reviews and most complaints were service and portion size related. The atmosphere was fine nothing special. The restaurant was pretty empty only a couple tables occupied. The hostess... Great food. Good value with the chef's tasting. The breakfast salad is a must try. The dessert menu is lacking but overall, it is a great find in a town dominated by chain offerings.
