We had a group of 7 and they accommodated us with just a short wait. All of the adults had steak dinners and the 2 kids had chicken. We also had appetizers and margaritas, beer and soft drinks. Everything was served quickly and with a smile! The whole meal was less that $100 including tip!

We go to the Texas Roadhouse whenever we can, as we travel a lot on business. The food is high quality and consistent across the chain. Service is always excellent. Great value vs. other comparable restaurants. The only thing it gets a bit noisy. Terrible acoustics. They try to create a 'amusement atmosphere' with yelling and chanting, but gets a... More

When the Texas Roadhouse opened a few years back, we wanted to go there but the crowds were overwhelming for the longest time. That's usual with a new establishment, but the crowds just kept being there..month after month, year after year. Tried to go there a few times, but the wait times were very long ( hour + ). Had... The food was good as usual but something about this location lacked the usual Texas Roadhouse "spark". We did call ahead seating for 2 and were seated within 5 minutes of arrival albeit at a quite literally "table for two." Between the condiment/menu holder, roll basket, and appetizer we ordered we barely had room to move without almost knocking something... More

My husband and I went there on the spur of the moment, deciding to treat ourselves. We started the meal with the Texas Onion which was delicious. I'm unable to handle spicy foods, but the sauce was not too spicy at all. Our steaks were beautiful, I had the Prime Rib, ordered medium rare, and it was perfectly cooked. The... More

Thank you Texas Roadhouse for you outstanding service to Veterans in the Springfield, IL area. Was here for lunch today 11/11/2015 and your restaurant was packed. We waited just about an hour but the food and service was well worth the wait. We had the 1 lb Prime Rib and three Rib Eye lunches. Food was quick to come out... More

The atmosphere in the restaurant was fun and lively. If that's all you want to accompany your beer, then you're good. However, my husband and I ordered the half slab of ribs and were both very disappointed. The dinner salad was very good, as was the baked potato that accompanied the ribs. The ribs, however, were terribly dry and chewy.... More

My husband and I always enjoy eating at the Springfield Texas Roadhouse. The food is great. The wait staff is always friendly, upbeat and a step ahead of what we may want. We haven't had a bad experience, with our server, in all our visits. Our only real complaint, anytime we have a coupon for a free appetizer, it's never... More

Great eats! Great Service. Loved the wonderful warm bread with cinnamon butter. Our server Aaron was so accommodating, friendly and funny. Decent priced and able to bring home leftovers. Will definitely go back.
