The place looks like something out of the 1960s. You order at the counter from an old school menu. They were even speaking Italian behind the counter. They are called a pizzeria, but carry other items like calzones, spaghetti, lasagna, linguini, etc. I had the spaghetti and meatballs and my husband had the pepperoni pizza. He was wondering if it... The pizza is pretty good, but the atmosphere feels like you stepped back in time. This place is counter service only, but they deliver to a fairly substantial area. Most importantly, they deliver next door so you can have awesome brews with your pizza. The pizza is a fairly thin hand toss, but the dough is adequate and they use... More

On our way home from St. Louis, we decided on a pizza lunch stop. It was just what we were looking for as time was limited. The guy at the counter was more friendly than most at pizza establishments. He welcomed us very warmly. We arrived right before the health inspectors arrived for an inspection! They came in with clipboards... More

Liked the pizzeria style and the pizza was very good. Great sauce and price after a day checking out the Lincoln sights.

I love this place. I stop in every time I'm in Springfield. It's a family run place and sometimes the father is yelling at someone on the phone in Italian, very atmospheric. This is one of the few places I've found where I can get my favorite pizzia which is sausage & Anchovies. This gives you that cheesy geasy meat... More

My husband loves this pizza, it is a favorite for the rest of the family also. It is a softer New York style crust. Inexpensive and fun place to stop.

This is a great place to stop for either a quick lunch or even a more lengthy stay at dinner. At lunch they have a great 2 slice special. The pizza is very good. Not a thin cracker crust nor a thick crust. The sausage is nicely ground and flavorful. Large delivery area too!

I have been to plenty of pizza from Chicago all the way to Saint Louis... and THIS is my favorite. People rave over Chicago pizza and I went the the "number 1" pizza place in Chicago and it was the worst pizza I have ever had, I have been to others that provide OK pizza. The service is amazing, can... More

We spotted this restaurant while walking in the Historic District to visit the sites and decided to go here for dinner. The restaurant seems to specialize in pizza, but there's a limited menu of other Italian dishes. You order at the counter, seat yourself, and the staff brings your order when it's ready. We were here on a Thursday evening... More

We had some delicious chicken parmigiana here and the owner was a genuine nice guy, not the biggest talker but just genuinely friendly. Nice place to eat if you ever end up in springfield for the night!
