OK, they're corn dogs, but these are worth the drive. The corn dog was invented here and they have perfected it over the years. Great light batter, wonderfully cooked, you've really got to try them

Hands down THE BEST corn dog you'll ever have. Crunch, sweet corn batter outside and a meaty dog on the inside. Plus lots of great scenery and pictures of Route 66. A must stop on your way through "The Land of Lincoln".
This was a cool diner. Very simple menu. This is the home of the first corn dog and it's also a historic site in the old Route 66.
Very interesting place to stop and see all the vintage decor, etc. Cozy dogs are good, other food looked good too.
Nice little stop if you are passing through the area. Corn dogs are great and fries are super delicious. Probably not a place for someone looking for a healthy place to eat but a nice place to splurge on calories.
My kids loved this place (ages 6 and 8). Food was great and so neat to look at the historic Route 66 items.
The food is unremarkable. Frankly there are much better places to eat. The memorabilia however is top notch.
Great Route 66 memorabilia and tasty corn dogs. Other menu items also look great but I typically go for the CozyDogs.
The food was wonderful and the people working were very friendly and courteous. The atmosphere is nice and spacious, as well. It has a lot of history and memorabilia hanging everywhere. Prices are cheap to moderate, but the portions are large and it's worth the money.
Great place to get a feel for Route 66 AND get an original Cozy Dog! Great prices! Quick Service - clean restaurant.
