Best lobster roll in midwest!

We are traveling through Nebraska on our way to the start of BRAN 35 (bicycle ride across Nebraska) and decided we would stop in Omaha. I opened my handy Trip Advisor app and looked for a place with fish. Shucks popped up so we went. I had the walleye which was excellent and my wife had clam... read more

My boyfriend and I had our first date at Shucks and fell in love with the place. We had the Risotto and always the fish and chips, both are outstanding. When we have date night we always go back to Shucks, the service is fast and servers are very friendly.

A group of co-workers went and all enjoyed their drinks, appetizers, and dinners. The atmosphere was relaxed and the sevice was on point.

I had a week day late lunch here with a friend. I had a delicious ahi seared tuna salad complete with soy and wasabi. The tuna was rare and done to perfection. The greens were a variety of spring lettuce, chopped celery, aspargas, green pepper, etc. I had been to this place before but did not realize how good the... More

We found this restaurant while looking for another and we were not disappointed. The oysters were delicious! The mussels left us wanting more and more. The shrimp risotto was amazing. This is a definite must eat!

It has probably been ten years since we've eaten here. We will not be waiting anywhere near that long again. The food and service was excellent. Going in, though, know the place is a dump. No, but that is unfair. It is just informal, like a Houston icehouse. And there are no reservations. But it is clean. And the service... More

Not much on ambience but makes up for it in quality of food. Friendly staff who reply all questions honestly and make recommendations on your conversation. Have a look you won't be disappointed.

My husband is southern Lousiana born and lived there until he was 40+. Needless to say, this man knows his seafood and his LA cuisine! I am lucky he can whip up an amazing crawfish etoufee and his gumbo is divine. Finding tasty LA fare in the Midwest is a challenge on multiple levels: the obvious geographical limitations and having... More

Delicious seafood served next to the fresh fish counter! Tonight we enjoyed fried oysters...succulent! Next we shared fried walleye and a plate of jambalaya. The best of each we'd ever eaten! Very casual, come-as-you-are environment. Can't wait to come back!
