We've bee here several times for dinner and love the atmosphere! They have a wonderful wine selection, my husband found a wine he had just enjoyed in Peru the week before, and really good appetizers. The butter they serve with their bread is the best, so we bought some to bring home with us! Service is fine, you won't get a... More

When I first moved to Omaha, it was my favorite place to hang. The food is very authentic rural French. Though the service can be laid back at least it's not pretentious and it's still worth it for the atmosphere, outdoor seating, a place to be seen and you can pretend you're in France. I bring all my out of... More

Discovered this place in May of 2009 while we were on our way to Wisconsin. This is a gem, we drive to Wisconsin quite often from Colorado and use Omaha as a good stop after 8 hrs. on the road. Love eating here, whether sitting inside or out, it's hard to believe we're in Nebraska. A very good wine selection... More

Like another reviewer of this place has said, a quaint French café feel to it. It kind of reminded me of Grasse in the South of France on a sunny day. It was not quite what I expected to find in a place like Omaha. Having said that it was a pleasant surprise to be taken there by my good... More

Quaint french cafe feel - I felt like I was back in Cannes - what pleasant surprise to find in Omaha! Snug dining areas w/white tablecloths on small tables & stone/brick walls w/bottles of wine all around. We were in the area to see a movie & decided have a drink & appetizer somewhere in the market area. We were... More

Nice atmosphere, but that is all that was nice. The service was really bad. The menu had no choices whatsoever. After choosing, we were told that what we wanted to order they did not have (at 5:30 p.m. on a weekend night.) I finally did choose a beet salad- no greens, just pickled beets, a glob of cheese, small pickles... More

After being seated at a table with a filthy tablecloth and waiting ten minutes for someone to acknowledge us, the waitress asked if we "wanted anything". Curious question since my wife and I are sitting at a table. One would think that what we wanted was to eat...no? I then asked if we could get a clean table cloth. The... More

We were visiting Omaha after having lived there years ago. We wanted to revisit this place with fond memories. We enjoyed wine and food but service was absurd! Husband finally went up to order and waitress made no eye contact or said one word!! Will not go back! Too many other nice places in Old Market.

Nothing better than sitting outside enjoying a glass (or bottle) of reasonably priced good wine, or your beverage of choice, watching the people stroll by through the old market. The food is very good, the inside atmosphere is amazing, with brick floors, candles, and white linen table cloths. Indoor or out its one of my favorite places in Omaha. I... More

We came here on a weekend evening and sat in the grocery section towards the back of the store since all the outdoor seating was taken. We loved so much about the experience , especially feeling as if we were transported back to Europe while confined to the heartland of America. For that reason alone, I know we'll be back.... More
