I don't get to go often but I love the whiskey Filet! A must stop for folks traveling through Omaha! Love the old fashion salad bar and the atmosphere reminds of simpler times. Can't wait until my next trip. Also I can't use the actual date I was there because the drop down limits me.

This restaurant is great. The food is fresh, tastes amazing and the service is brilliant. We both ate the New York strip steak with whiskey marinade and it was perfectly cooked and the marinade is full of flavour without being overpowering. I highly recommend a visit.

The steakhouse is the old, no windows, dark interior style. Order the whiskey marinated steaks. You won't be disappointed.

My husband had the whiskey-marinated strip and I had the whiskey-marinated filet. What a home run! Great food, great atmosphere, great service. Other reviews were right to mention the tasty salad bar. The prices are what would expect to find in a high-end steakhouse. We highly recommend!

My business associates and I were looking for a good steakhouse and this restaurant came highly recommended by our hotel staff. First of all, it is a bit hidden away and somewhat hard to find. However, it is well worth it!!! The steaks were juicy with their famous whiskey marinate. The salad bar was adequate. The service was good but... More

We made reservations but arrived a good bit early. We sat at the bar for a glass of wine and ended up eating there! Great salad bar, awesome steak(a step up from the previous nights steak ) and a great atmosphere! Looks like a really old tavern. Neat place and great eats. Whiskey filet a must.

The college World Series is in town.... There is always some convention in town. I stopped by to have a drink and catch up with out of town clients. They loved the atmosphere and the service. It is dark and small, truthfully sit at the bar and enjoy. April was engaging and let clients know where to go in town.... More

One's dining experience at The Drover begins in the restaurant's parking lot where your olfactory system will cause you to pause to take in the mouth-watering aroma of top-notch cuts of beef being prepared to absolute perfection. From the perfectly marbled Rib-Eye to the exquisitely marinated Whiskey Steak, the crab legs, the pork chops, the salmon, and much, much, more,... More
