We had heard so much about Ted and Wally's before our trip to Omaha that when we saw it in the Old Market, we had to give it a try. Yum! We stopped in here twice during our recent weekend in Omaha and loved it! It's a cool local place with an ever-changing selection of ice cream - whatever they made that day is what they have. The vanilla, Dutch chocolate and peppermint chip were delicious! more
We stopped in for a few scoops and loved the ambiance, though it was clear that they're doing a little remodeling. The French Vanilla and Mint Chocolate ice creams were delicious and very subtly flavored. The Thai Coffee and Cinnamon Grape Nuts were also very good and a little more adventurous. more

I'm not from Jersey, so I probably wouldn't know a Good Thing if it slapped me with a sausage, but .... Ted & Wally's is still really good. Quitcherjobandeatchocolate is far from flavorless, and farther from sinless. A waffle cone full of that dark delight is just plain hard to beat. The 'regular' chocolates are tops, too.
