This restaurant used to be a hotspot 20 years ago, I think its lost its luster. The food has always been ok, until our last visit. My wife ordered a chicken dish with a big portabella mushroom on it, well it had spoiled and the whole dish tasted bad and the dish was BURNT. We told our server and they... More

Very similar to the Olive Garden restaurant with the same style of salad and entrees. However, the garlic bread at Grisanti's is delicious, way better than the breadsticks at the Olive Garden. The food was good, we each had bread, salad and split a pasta entree and it was more than enough. I'm not familiar with Omaha, but the location... More

The sad thing about Grisanti's is after they built the overpass for Dodge to the Expressway you can't see it from the road anymore. I've been going here since the 80's and although some things have changed as far as menu the great Italian have stayed the same. It's too bad it's in what would be considered a weird location... Came here as an invited guest for a business lunch. No idea why this place was the chosen venue. The table and chair were sticky. No idea why. There was also a funny smell in the air. Figured I should get the special - lasagne. It was pretty good. The waiter was friendly and the service good. It is unlikely... More

After driving 8 hours from Denver, we went to Grisanti's because it was next door to our hotel and we were starving. We were greeted by John. I don't know if he was a host, a manager, an angel? He seated us and promptly turned the TV channel to the football game we were interested in watching. We sat there... More

Italian food with a flair. Chicken portabella is my favorite. Nice restaurant with average prices for what you get. I usually have leftovers for the next day. Wonderful warm bread served with everything. Nice atmosphere for special occasions or casual.

My friends and I have gone out to dinner once a month for the past 13 years. I chose Grisanti's because we have never gone there before. The entrance looked nice ( undated since I had been there last a few years ago). I ordered Prime Rib, med rare on the rare side. My steak was med to med well.... More

There were several indicators that this might not be the place it used to be, first I wondered if they were getting a new building makeover, the sign was faded and the paint was peeling. The landscaping looked disheveled and the parking lot was pretty empty at 5:30pm on a Saturday night. It doesn't stop there, the next observations was... More
