Good Dinner Option

Visited this past weekend with my 20-year old son during the NCAA basketball tournament in Omaha. Good option. Plenty of beer options if you like beer. Pleasant enough staff at the bar. My wife and I dined here for both dinner and Sunday brunch during the NCAA basketball tournament. For a brewery and grill, it had great steaks and the raspberry chicken entrée I tried was very good. Plus the food prices were very reasonable. The Sunday Brunch was under $17 per person and featured many traditional breakfast items, custom omelets, breads,... More

The family and I ate here on our last night in Omaha. Food was very good and prices werent horrible. The beer bread was super yummy! The waiter was very helpful with making sure the kids' food came out early. Would visit again.

Love this restaurant. Great service over multiple visits in the last 6 months. Menu items are true to description, and portions are worth the price. The atmosphere is a little loud, a kind of warehouse brewery combo. I did not try any beers as I don't drink, however people I have gone with rave about a beer for every taste.... More

We made reservations and still waited 20 minutes for a table. Once seated we were sandwiched in between two large parties and had a hard time getting up from our table without bumping into other chairs from the other parties. The waiter spilled drinks on people in our party. Way overpriced, for a Macaroni and cheese and pop, it was... More

Had to ask hostess to track down our waiter to even start service. He spilled the beer flights, gave us root beer because they were out of one of the beers, made two mistakes on our bill, and got two of the three orders from our table wrong. Frustrating. My $11 cheeseburger was fine- nothing to write home about. Thai... More

Went here with fairly high expectations. As soon as we walked in, the bald headed chef with a beard looked at my wife's butt, shook his head and said "damn". Not very professional in my opinion. Had to go get our own high chair. I was charged a higher price for my burger than the menu showed. A little expensive... More

We went to upstream based on its trip advisor rating and it did not live up to its rank. The restaurant was about 50% full and it took over 30 minutes from the time we ordered our two salads for them to arrive. One had no meat that needed to be cooked the other had four shrimp so not sure... More

I have eaten at Upstream on a few occasions with family, friends and even business lunch and dinners. It never disappoints with it's diverse menu and quality atmosphere in the quaint Old Market of downtown Omaha. Enjoy!

We only had the dinner salads, but they were very good. Fresh, interesting options (roasted vegetables). Our daughter loved the kid's burger and the fact that there were steamed carrots for a side. Very good value for the quality of the meals.
