I have been here countless times on road trips and it usually impresses as a casual evening experience. The beers are great, no question. The food is better than average and ranges in style and price. I often ask what is tasting good and did this last time as usual. I got only a moderate response on the lamb shank... More

Had the tomato soup which was phenomenal! The burger was good too. Cooked to a perfect medium well and not dry. Sat at the bar and the staff was friendly and quick! The home brewed root beer is great. I'm not a beer drinker so I didn't get anything else

We met some friends at Upstream for dinner and loved it. Excellent service, food, beer and atmosphere. Menu had a great selection. My crab cakes, which was an appetizer, were delicious. Loved the dressing on the greens. Beers were tasty and there was a nice selection. The jalapeño IPA was one of the most interesting beers I have ever tried,... More

Decided to eat here again after visiting the area on vacation with family a few years ago. Not as good as they once were. Service is lacking as well as the food. Don't know what they changed or if they just don't care anymore. If you eat upstairs I quarantee that your food will be cold.

We love to go to the Upstream for lunch and dinner. Either location is great, but we enjoy the ambiance of the Old Market. On our anniversary, I had the glazed raspberry chicken which is wonderful! My husband likes the smoked gouda and beer soup and jambolaya best. The beers are very good. I lean towards the American wheat or... More

We ate here for a rehearsal dinner and also for lunch. Both meals were very tasty and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We ate in the bar area since that's where the happy hour specials were being served there! The beers were really good, as was the artichoke dip (it's different than usual and served with thick bread instead of chips). The fish and chips were good, but the fish was really greasy.

I visited Upstream while on a business trip. Though none of us in my group drank beer so I can't comment on this part of the business. We all loved our food and left satisfied. I had the KC Steak Medallions which came on a bed of mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts. I wish I had changed from the sprouts... More

It's actually probably an ok place. I'm in Omaha, probably should have just gotten a steak or burger. The food arrived but the silverware did not. eventually it arrived and we started to eat. Wife's burger was good, fries were cold though. I got the mac n cheese with blackened chicken (so I could eat with one hand and handle... More

Really enjoyed the bar and drinks here. This is clearly a popular place to gather because of the drinks and great service. Lots of choices from great beers to martinis. Food is okay considering the choices in Old Market. I preferred to just enjoy the drinks here.
