Loved the steak and the beer sampler. My 9yo really liked their in house brewed root beer. Liked that it is a local Omaha restaurant and quaintly tucked in a former fire hall building of the Old Market district. Would definitely eat here again if I'm ever back in Omaha and would order the root beer online if they shipped. more

The fried calamari is a good appetizer, the Jackson Street Jambalaya is outstanding (very spicy). My spouse likes the Salmon or the Fish and Chips. You can't go wrong here. more

We had a great experience at Upstream. A very friendly and knowledgeable server, unbelievably fast service (even on a busy night), and a pretty awesome beer tasting.
