I had a taste for Spaghetti and my husband, a native Omahan, immediately thought of Lo Sole Mio. Fortunately, this restaurant is in our neighborhood, so we didn't have far to travel. The servers were terrific on a bustling Fridsy night. The food was fairly good - not sure we made the right selections. A good value and even if not outstanding we liked the family feel and homey restaurant.

We were in Omaha for a meeting an my wife was craving Italian. I'm not sure how we got there, but I'm glad we did. Great little family run restaurant. Grandma to grandkids work the room. Fantastic atmosphere with a real hanging out in Italy vibe. Good food and vine. There were several large groups and all seemed to be... More

In Omaha from out of town, in the mood for Italian so I google Italian restaurants and read the reviews. Says its a family owned, neighborhood restaurant with great reviews. All true. In a residential neighborhood. Mom and Pop on hand to seat people, meet and greet, etc. Kids and grandkids working the floor. Excellent service and food. Highly recommend.

This is our favorite Italian restaurant in Omaha. From start up finish, it is fantastic. It is a little of the beaten path but it is worth the extra effort. It's one of the few places I recommend to all visitors of Omaha.

I have frequented Lo Sole Mio every since it opened. It is out of the way for me, so my visits have not been often, but they have been consistently ended with an appreciation of good, plentiful, Italian food. Most recently, I was treated to a business dinner at the Lo Sole Mio Annex across the way from the main... More

I dined at this restaurant tonight in the basement room. I was with a group of friends and family celebrating a retirement. The food was good but the servers were in a big hurry to finish with us. I had barely started on my lasagna before I was asked if I wanted a to-go box. I said yes because I... More

We have been here before on the weekends when the crowds are a bit much. During the week it was a delight, and our varied party of ages, appetites, and dietary restrictions all found something wonderful. Some of the main dishes ("The Don") are absolutely enormous, while others are more manageable for a single serving. Desserts were delicious; nothing was... More

I've eaten Italian all over the country but have never had a meal as good as at LSM. Unique and authentic dishes at a reasonable price. Italian music in the background. What could be better?
