Reservations recommended. We were seated right away and had the own filtered water poured almost immediately. The menu is creative and purchased locally, and changes quite often. The food was delicious and hot. The pork tasting was very impressive and elegantly presented. Wide variety of pork cuts and each cut prepared differently. This is one of the best restaurants in... I had dinner at this highly rated restaurant. They are a farm to table restaurant and make just about everything in-house: bread, butter, cured meats, confit, etc. Innovative. Very good service. Very pleasant ambience. Beautiful presentation. Excellent drinks and duck fries. I was, however, disappointed with a too-salty spinach and fennel salad as well as an inconsistent heritage pork-tasting menu.... More

The Grey Plume is an interesting, unique restaurant in Omaha's Midtown Crossing district. The menu offers a range of intriguing possibilities, depending on the evening, with such dishes as trout, pork tastings, scallops, beef samplers, and more. Members of our party of four, each of whom had a different entree, were uniformly pleased with both food and service. We received... More

My husband and I love this restaurants food and drinks. The appetizers are delicious and unique. The dishes are equally unique and tasty! We loved everything we have ever ordered from here and will continue to come back.

Everything about the Grey Plume restaurant is deliberate and reflects a true desire for the best possible dining experience. Waitstaff are well trained, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere is open, clean and comfortable. Unlike many popular Omaha restaurants, the acoustics allow for quiet conversation. The menu itself is inspired and full of new dining opportunities. The charcuterie... More

This restaurant could certainly hold its own in Chicago or any large city. The portions seemed large but were delicious. Service was excellent. I think my food was comparable to that of many one star Michelin restaurants in the big cities. The only thing that might be lacking is a more developed wine list - but I think that is... More

Went to this restaurant for a special wedding anniversary dinner, but it was not so special. We ordered the ribeye dinner for two. Unfortunately it was half fat and grizzle. We commented on it and were told it was the way the meat came. Certainly not what we expected from a high end restaurant. Presentation was nice.

This restaurant is by far the best in Omaha. The food was excellent and prepared with perfection. Starting with the charceuterie which was outstanding, to a wonderully prepared cold zucchuni soup that startled my taste buds. Then onto the trout which was succulent. Ending the evening with chocolates that were a perfect cap to a perfect meal. Our service was... More

The food at The Grey Plume is elegant and tasty, as only a professionally trained chef can produce. The restaurant itself has been constructed with ecology in mind. The food is mainly locally grown. This is a lovely little restaurant for a very special dinner as it is a bit pricy for Omaha.

The charceuterie is the best I have had anywhere....I don't bother to order it anywhere else (don't be afraid, add the duck liver pate... Yummy!). I had a mushroom dish that was amazing and the drinks are unique and memorable. Love the Grey Plume!
