Fantastic local dishes

This place is exceptional. They can turn popcorn into something to be savored. The bartenders whip up classic cocktails to perfection. Be it a little pricey this place is perfect if you want a real treat.

After a 17 hour journey from UK, the Grey Plume was recommended by the Element Hotel. A single traveller , was very much welcomed at the bar , good knowledge shown by the bar tender on wines and a well explained menu. It was an easy choice Duck Fat Fried Chips , delicious, followed by Wagyu Beef, cooked to perfection... More

We had high expectations for Grey Plume but it just did not quite deliver. You can quickly tell the aim of the restaurant but it still fell short in a couple of aspects. The hostess was friendly, sat us right away, and checked our coats. The first course was the charcuterie which was excellent, however when brought to our table... More

Went to the Grey Plume with friends to Celebrate Birthdays. Reminds me of Upscale Big City Restaurant - but very cozy and quite inside. Limited Menu but the Food and Wine Excellent. Would recommend for the Special Occassion as a bit pricey. Service and Staff were friendly and made you feel welcome.

The food is amazing and presented like a cooking show. But the quantity is rather small (I know quality over quantity) but if you leave hungry; you leave hungry. But for a fancy night out with some amazing flavors and food options. This place is the bomb.

We were in Omaha visiting a family member and decided to go to the "best" restaurant in town. Hands down we had the worst service at a " high end" (I use that term loosely) restaurant we have ever experienced. We were never acknowledged at the bar while waiting for our table...and had to finally ask what we needed to... More

Wow. Major disappointment and terrible service. Seriously we came for a professional client dinner. Very nice and pretentious from the onset but one error after the other. One meal dropped just before the table on our coats and they tried to hide it and didn't bother trying to clean our coats on our chairs, nor did they admit to dropping... More

We went there for my grandma's 75th birthday, and I made them aware of this when booking the reservations. Little did I know how absolutely special the staff here at The Grey Plume was going to make it! Upon arrival, the host greeted us, and when hearing the name for our reservation he said "Happy Birthday" to her. We were... More

One of our appetizers, which had been recommended by a chef, tasted bad. We gave that feedback and it was removed from our bill. However, a friend and I each had the scallops, which were overlooked and very salty. How skilled do you have to be not to over salt the scallops? By this point, I decided feedback was probably... I love this The Grey Plume! It's like eating at the Iron Chef Cafe. Everything is thoroughly thought out. Each dish is beautiful and delicious. Mixing of unexpected ingredients and flavors. If you want to have a special experience make a reservation today.
