Approaching Excellence

The salad was a very nice combination of many products with a good dressing. The petite filet was marketed size and a fine cut of beef very well prepared. The mashed potatoes and creamed spinach were also well prepared but could have been served much warmer. The cream brulee was delicious.

This is a popular steak house. It is a good place for celebrations - birthdays, graduations, etc. It is also a good venue for large groups, we had a large party. Everyone had steak but my filet was chewy. Others in my party were happier. They have a very nice wine selection, and they bring around a tablet that lets... More

I have been a regular at Flemings for the past 4 years when ever I am in Omaha. What I look for is a great place to have a good steak in a decent ambience with good friends. And Flemings fits the bill in spades. Gorats and Piccolos are other places recommended in Omaha but I would say flemings beats... More

I went here on a Sunday evening on business. They have a winePad which would take you through their extensive wine selection to pair with your food. Kinda pricey but everything was so good.

We (two couples) went to Flemings last Saturday evening. It was a bit of a special occasion for us. The service was good, but the food was average. We definitely go out often and nice, but Flemings is too expensive for the quality of food, the setting, etc.

My wife and I went to Fleming's to celebrate a special occasion. We had heard a lot of good things about the restaurant and really looked forward to dining there. The place was pretty full when we arrived, and we were taken to a table right away. The service staff was very friendly. We ordered the prime rib special, which... More

We had a couples night out for an early Valentines Day dinner. It was my first time, but the other couples highly recommended Flemings. After the dinner, I am in complete agreement. I had the nightly special, the "surf and turf". It came with a prime filet, three scallops and lobster meat, with two asparagus spears. The steak was absolutely... More

My husband and I met another couple at Flemings for dinner. I had the 3 course dinner, which included a special appetizer, a steak, and small dessert. The steak came with a very small amount of vegetable on the plate, mostly for looks. I believe that this was the least expensive steak option at $45. My other companions ordered only... More

The Omaha location of this upscale steakhouse chain is well run, with excellent service (our server recognized my son and his wife from previous visits!), steaks cooked as ordered, and enough soft furnishings and space between tables to allow for relaxed conversation, something lacking at other Fleming's we've tried.

Attended a Medical Continued Education Dinner at Flemings. Outstanding wine, salad, sides, with an extraordinary salmon entree. My fellow docs enjoyed their prime ribs and sirlions. Dessert - wow! Always great food - could not taste any better!
