Description: Dario’s Brasserie is a destination for food lovers in search of casual, elegant dining, located in the heart of Omaha's Dundee neighborhood. Dario's passionate style of cooking incorporates classic French, traditional Belgian and modern techniques including the French method of sous vide. Here at Dario's Brasserie we believe Belgian beer pairs perfectly with any entree, such as mussels, steak and frites, and sous vide short ribs. With over 80 Belgian beers to choose from, you will find the perfect match. Our wine selection is focused on the regions of France and we offer classic French cocktails. The Brasserie has an inviting European style atmosphere, with a patio and a lovely bar area where you may enjoy a drink or have dinner. Stop in for lunch, dinner or our superb Sunday brunch. We also offer seasonal Belgian beer pairing dinners throughout the year.

It was good to learn that Dario's has, again, opened for lunch during the winter months. I've missed the warm atmosphere and the excellent food. A friend and I were also happy to see how busy they were today, a great sign that others support their opening again mid-day. There have been several new additions to the menu including a... More

My wife, our young adult daughter and I ate here last Sunday night. We showed up without reservations and they were able to seat us, but the restaurant was eventually almost full. The atmosphere is casual, but still classy. If you are a beer fan, especially Belgian beers, they have a great list of beers that are difficult to find... More

Our granddaughter, a culinary student, put us onto this very nice restaurant. Meal was excellent, decor was good. The salmon was wonderfully done.

One of the best meals I've had. The quality of food is very good. Try the escargots, mussels and short ribs. Yum! The bread is perfect and delicious with the escargot/mussel sauces! Oh and those pomme frites (fries) - one of the best! I've been to France several times, and Dario's is close to authentic! Nice, simple atmosphere and good... More

We had dinner with my sister at the cutest little restaurant in Dundee--we sat outside and had the sweetest most informed waiter--he was excellent--wish i could remember his name as i would let management know how great he was. I had the salmon--it was excellent-i believe my sister had a chicken dish and my husband a burger--he loved his dark... More

This welcoming, Dundee neighborhood favorite is a reliable choice. The food is reminiscent of meals I've enjoyed in friendly neighborhood restaurants throughout France. My husband and I and another couple were each delighted with our choices. My rabbit sausage dish was light and flavorful and my husband's bison ribeye steak was grilled perfectly. I loved not feeling rushed. The servers... More

Great atmosphere. Attentive waitstaff. Wonderful Belgian beers. Eclectic menu. The crepes are good, but not for everyone. The Pomme Frites are phenomenal. A wonderful Bistro, in a nice Omaha neighborhood. The kind of place you'd find in mid-town NYC. And, that's a compliment.

So many places are now nostalgic for me, and Dario's, approaching its tenth year, is more a feature from the past than the present. I still think it is a gorgeous room (was it an old Godfather's? hard to believe) and the food remains solid. I feel it hasn't kept pace with Dario's other place in the neighborhood (Avoli) but... We sat outside and had a great brunch. The menu is updated and delicious without being too precious or quirky. The beer selection is extensive and the authentically French cider was very refreshing. Reasonably priced and a lot of choice.

We were tired and hungry! We had found Dario's via Open Tables and LOVED it. The atmosphere was perfect, the menu interesting but not so unusual that you had a hard time finding something to eat. My son-in-law who swore he didn't like Belgian beer asked the wait to bring him on and he really liked it, so he tried... More
