I have been to this great place several times, and am always pleased to have gone. The food is consistently excellent, inventive and beautifully presented. The lady at the front of house is really sweet and helpful. They buy in just the right amount of food for the people who have reserved, so you always get fresh produce. I think... More

We decided to stop at this beautiful little village during low season and searched for a restaurant that would be open for lunch. What a discovery: A Table was beyond expectation. The young couple who own it, he is the chef, she takes care of the front, pride themselves on serving fresh, seasonal ingredients. The pumpkin soup with jerusalem artichokes... More

Encroyable, Magnifique et Delicieuse - following posts on tripadvisor my wife and I went twice to A Table this week and each time the food, its innovation and flavours, the friendly & heplful service and the value for around E50 for two was outstanding - this included 3 delicious courses, wine & bottled water. Further the restaurant catered to my... More

How do you find somewhere that offers good food, service, and value in a trap such as l'Isle-sur-la-Sorge? You read TripAdvisor reviews critically, and book those places that are well-rated by experienced reviewers. That's what I do, and it works. "A Table" in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorge is a classic example. There's so many eating places, especially on market days, all seeking the... More

A small and empty restaurant during lunch time isn't a good sign but it turned out to be fortuitous since we had the full attention of the young couple running the place who served up a light ( portions just nice for us since we didn't want a heavy lunch ) and delightful set lunch that we thoroughly enjoyed. The... More

3 course lunch , Sunday, great value, lovely young lady serving, fabulous fabulous food, every mouthful was a joy. They need to make the front area more welcoming, the decor inside but especially outside does not , in any way, reflect how good the dining experience is.

The best lunch we had during our visit to Provence. Crazy good! The food is beautifully crafted, traditional yet inventive. Every bite made this diner stop, savor, and truly enjoy the pleasure of eating. A Table is a rare find, one that should be on a must-vist list if you are in the area. Bonus: the owners are fabulous too.

We (4 friends) couldn't get a table for lunch at a the restaurant in the center of town that was highly recommended. When we asked the maitre'd where else we might enjoy lunch, he recommended A Table. They were so right! A Table is a small, informal restaurant with really nice food that seems very thoughtfully prepared and not the... More

We were there for lunch time at 1 pm and there was quite nothing left from Plat du jour. Results is that we got very tiny portion of the main dish. It is one portion split in two and one st-jacques added. For 19 euros, that's a bit too much. Overall food and cooking is good with nice ideas.
