Nice sit down mexican restaurant, nicely decorated, good service and yummy generous portions of food. The atmosphere is very pleasant and prices are reasonable, they often have a buy on get one free on Sundays and Thursdays, it's a good deal.

Great food, wonderful service! Must try Pollo Sarandeado, the best! We go there all the time and we recommended to all the mexican food lovers.

My husband and I have tried just about everything on Toto's menu and have yet to find something that was just "good". All of their food is incredible! Try the sopapillas!!!! You won't regret it!

The tortilla soup is hearty and tasty. The beef tamales and chicken enchilada's were authentic Mexican. The shrimp and crab flautas had a very tasty sauce, but would have like corn tortillas rather than flour. Service was attentive and friendly.

We got a tip to eat here from a local at the Hoover Dam. Our family of 5 were tired and hungry and thrilled to find this restaurant! We got the sampler plate and loved the Chile Relleno. It was like none this Southern gal had ever had! The children's menu was a great deal! Our kids loved it!
