A small and friendly cafe offering Italian influence cuisine. I had the almond encrusted salmon with rice pilaf, which 8 can recommend. Wine is a little more expensive by the glass than other local cafes, however this equals out when purchased by the bottle. The servings were generous and the service swift. Definitely a place worthy of a re-visit.

Loved this place. First time and when we stepped inside I told my friend this is my favorite kind of Italian restaurant.....and it smelled wonderful. The food tasted delicious. I had the almond crusted salmon. I can't say enough about it. A big portion was disappointing only because I was leaving the next morning and had to leave my left... More

The Bistro has now opened for lunch! Five of us stopped in for lunch today (1/21) and enjoyed a nice lunch, same friendly service; different menu, designed for the lunch crew with sandwiches, wraps and salads. I had the house salad and their version of the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. I did not do the Tuscan fries as I do not... More

We arrived at The Bistro on a busy holiday night. The restaurant is very small with an open kitchen and a small bar. No one was at the door to greet guests and we stood awkwardly for a few moments before we decided to seat ourselves at the bar. A harried waitress passed by, we asked if we could sit... More

I had the Cajun Blackeened Salmon and my wife had the lobster tail, bot well prepared and well presented. Bryce and company always do an excellent job, and are always friendly. My wife and I go here fairly frequently, as we know the food will be good, the atmosphere fun, and the price is fair. The restaurant is small and... More

The Bisstro Cafe is a great little restaurant. It reminds me of a European cafe - open kitchen, small but excellent bar, intimate. The menu has a nice variety of choices: lots of pasta, chicken, chops, steaks and always a nightly special or two on the chalkboard near the bar. Although the wine list is limited, you are sure to... We happened upon The Bistro Cafe on our way through Boulder City on a Friday night, knowing we had a long drive ahead of us to Kingman, AZ. It is easy to miss -- it's in a little strip mall on the east side of the highway, among maze of fast food chains. We were delighted. Got a table since... More

The latest visit to the Bistro was just as good as always, they never dissappoint. The Shrimp and Scallop Angeleo is always a hit. the chicken parm was cooked just right. The seasoned bread is hot out of the oven and the ceasar dressing very flavorful. Priced so reasonable and such a quaint place make it a destination for us... More

We went on 9/13, did not need a reservation, the place was quiet, but it was during the week so we expected that. Service was good, the hostess was our waitress. I had the chicken cutlet with asparagus and twice baked potato. The cutlet was excellent and so were the veggies. The potato might have been baked 4 times, I... More

This restaurant was recommnded by our hotel staff, would have to say it was just okay. We were not impressed with the service at all, very slow and sometimes actually felt ignored, it was not even a busy night. One girl was doing just about everything, while the owner just chatted with one table. Being a past restaurant owner, not... More
