Cute cozy place. The two worked very hard. Food was good. Martini lemon drop was excellent. French onion soup and chicken salad were both good

My husband and I found The Bistro on out way back to Las Vegas. It was an excellent culinary experience. The meal started with a glass of wine that was reasonably priced. The bread was warm and perfectly baked with just a hint of garlic. The salad and soup were included with the entrees. The salad had tomatoes, olives, blue... More

My wife and I considered this a favorite restaurant until our most recent last week, and now we would not return. Our problem was two-fold - the service and the food. When we entered the restaurant we were ignored for about five minutes, even though the two chefs saw us and watched us with no action taken. The waitress was... More

I live in Boulder City, the town that built that Hoover dam. I went here last night again, and I have no idea why I'd been away for so long. Entering the restaurant, the smells are heavenly - in the Marcel Proust way smells are heavenly. Since taking over from the old owner, about a year now, the new owner... More

We arrived with a party of 4 and ordered spagetti a steak and 2 pork filets. As the steak was ordered rare the kitchen decided that the 2 pork filets needed to be rare as well. So we asked them to recook them, they took the 2 pieces of pork to recook them. By the time the spagetti and the... More

I ordered the pasta with seafood (shrimp and scallops) in a vodka cream sauce and it was great. A little shy on the scallops. The service was very good and we were seated without much of a wait at all. The restaurant is small so you may want to make a reservation. Not much of a view, either, because it... More

The desk clerk at our motel recommended this place. I really like Italian food and like to try different Italian restaurants when traveling. The food at this place was delicious. We have been on the road for a couple of weeks and had some great meals but this was one of the best. We ate at an Italian restaurant at... More

you've changed the bread, the penne pasta dish is just pasta, spinach and chicken.. where's the sauce!! French Onion soup obviously pre-packaged.. come on man!! you can do better!! I'm rooting for you as the new owner but don't fix it if it's not broken! and spend a day or two deep cleaning, the lunch crowd with the daylight streaming... More

Hi I'm the owner Bryce and would like you to know certain things you stated are incorrect. The bread has not changed at all including the butter recipe that is spread upon the loaf before it is baked. Kevin was the only one that ever brought prepackaged soups into the Bistro. Since I've taken over EVERY soup has been made... More
