We went to this restaurant by accident. We were so happy to have gone. I had a 12 ounce sirloin. Not fat just pure meat. The steak was thick cut, but the quality of the chef was such that it was cooked perfectly all the way through, most chefs would not be able to do this.

The Bistro closed a couple of months ago, I was afraid it would go the way of many others. Bryce and his crew did an excellent job of remodeling the interior of this small, and loveable restaurant. My wife and I visited a couple of nights ago and found Bryce with a new crew of kitchen staff. They had only... More

Reservations are a must! Restaurant fills up and stays filled all evening. Very attentive staff. Well stocked bar/ wine. Large portions. We are New Yorkers so the food was average at best. Beware... They take Amex but not American express😜!!!!

The rigatoni with meat sauce is simple, yet it is done perfectly. I would reccomend this to anyone that doesn't want a complicated meal that you cant even say the name of.

You'd drive right past this place if you didn't know it was there. Nestled inside of a small shopping center, this cozy spot offers BIG value on some fancy dining options. Filet mignon, Chilean seabass, bottles of wine for under $20.... everything is SO good!!! With only about 8-10 tables, and an open kitchen, the smallness of this place will... More

A small bistro outside of Las Vegas, situated right next to the road. Very delicious food and friendly service. We liked it very much. Thank you

We live in Boulder City and for the longest time did not stop in here. So sad that we waited so long! We have now been twice and both times the food was amazing. The service was also great. Nothing we have had here has been average, everything is made to order from the hot fresh bread to your entree.... More

We were terribly hungry after a day of shopping at the many antique stores in Boulder City but our hotel restaurant had a special event that evening and we had to go elsewhere. Not wanting to eat at the noisy sports bars and watering holes around town, we drove north on the highway. After passing a few fast food places,... More

Cute cozy place. The two worked very hard. Food was good. Martini lemon drop was excellent. French onion soup and chicken salad were both good

My husband and I found The Bistro on out way back to Las Vegas. It was an excellent culinary experience. The meal started with a glass of wine that was reasonably priced. The bread was warm and perfectly baked with just a hint of garlic. The salad and soup were included with the entrees. The salad had tomatoes, olives, blue... More
