It didnt take long to search and find tours for Lake Mead and the Desert Princess Tours. At $22.00 a person, I figured even if it wasnt good, I wasnt broke in the process. Food: The 2 pm cruise that we took does not offer a meal, but they do have an air-conditioned snack bar and alcohol bar available. However, both are quite pricey for what they offer. $6 for a tiny hotdog and handful of chips, $1.75 for a very small cup of soda. Eat before you go and you should be fine!... more

There was a total of about 50 guests for the late cruise. Food was good, service was good, staff was all friendly. I would recommend it, especially if you have never boated on Lake Mead. more

Contrary to the previous reviews posted, we were delighted with our recent dinner cruise (July 11) on the Desert Princess. Members of our five-person group tried three of the entrees and all were delicious. The friendly young people on the wait staff also gave superb service. This evening a group of us went on the Lake Mead Dinner Cruise as a celebration of both my sister-in-law's birthday and my birthday (which are two days apart); my brother and my boyfriend accompanied us of course.
