Good food, service and excellent beers and a special call out to our really excellent server whose name we did not catch but her family came to the USA from Bulgaria. It was lovely to enjoy a warm evening sitting outside the Dillinger on a table on the boardwalk

Honestly, what more do you want than tasty food and pleasant service at a reasonable price? I gladly tip well for that, which I did. We were staying around the corner at the Boulder City Hotel and it was an easy stroll to and from. The Dillinger is a bar and restaurant which was active but not loud and similar... More

Nice beer selection and friendly staff. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with jalapeno bacon, habanero cheese and chipotle aioli. I thought it was going to be too spicy but it was just the right amount of kick. It was great. I got a bite of my buddys Executioner burger which was very good too.

Burgers (10.25) and beers (draft micro brew 5.50), with outdoor seating for our dog. The burgers were good, and the fries were great. I had the Bugsy: bacon, cheddar and grilled onions. They also have salads, sandwiches and a full bar. Our server, Tracy was attentive and cheerful. Inside seating is loud when they are busy...another bonus for being outdoors.

The food was excellent, good choice and wonderful clientele. The place was situated very convenient for our hotel, the Boulder Dam. My husband had a burger and said it was the best he'd had. I had the bean-less chili, very enjoyable. The staff were very friendly.

Big prices, small portions, zero service. I was looking for some good burgers but I couldn't find it here. The name if the restaurant intrigued me & the menu looked good. Don't bother coming here

Great Burgers! Barbecue Brisket on a burger, was the bomb and I am not a barbecue fan so that says a lot.

After a morning of touring The Hoover Dam we pulled into old town Boulder City to recharge. As it was hot, we didn't want anything fancy or a chain restaurant, but wanting some good cold beers we opted for The Dillenger. We seated ourselves at the bar and were warmly greeted by the bartender and server. They were friendly and... More

We popped into Boulder City after our trip to Hoover Dam. Shopped antique stores and needed to eat lunch. This looks fancy from the outside, but it's a step up from a local bar. GREAT FOOD & GREAT SERVICE!!! One of those places that you say you can't judge a book by its cover.
