Description: Located in the heart of the historic Old Town district, Boulder Dam...
Located in the heart of the historic Old Town district, Boulder Dam Brewing Co. Is Boulder City's first and only brewpub. Located across the street from the Boulder Dam Hotel, the brewery is less than five miles from Lake Mead and less than eight from Hoover Dam. Practically a museum in itself, the brewery features decor and fixtures from the 1930's, silent films made during the construction of the dam, actual pieces of equipment used during the construction and a myriad of art depicting Boulder City's beginnings and brewing from the period. A destination for locals and visitors alike, Boulder Dam Brewing serves up six original pub-brewed beers at a time. The 40-barrel system allows the flexibility to offer many unique styles, from refreshing Pilsners to hoppy Pale Ales to creamy Stouts. Food ranges from traditional pub fare to salads, burgers and sandwiches. The brewpub also carries a great selection of wines and non-alcoholic beverages. With plenty of seating inside, and a beautiful beer garden outside, it's the perfect place to stop by for a pint and a bite.

Enjoyed our meal

I was looking for a place to go to for lunch after visiting Hoover Dam with my husband and two other couples. I looked on Trip Advisor for suggestions and since some of us like craft beers, we decided to try it although some of the reviews were dicey. We were pleasantly surprised. It was not... read more

We didn't eat here but we did try several of the beers. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to try a sample or two before we bought.

The food is fabulous! You must try it, and the beer too. Went for burgers at lunch, it was totally worth it.

Music on the back patio was great - Beers are good, but tracking down someone to wait on you is frustrating to me. Once they know you are there , then it is fine. Would go back again.

Thanks for stopping by our little brewpub! I'm glad you enjoyed yourselves. I apologize for the servers being overwhelmed sometimes. In this little town, next to big ol' Vegas, it can be hard to project how much staff is optimal from time to time. If we look super busy next time you're in, ordering from the bar is usually the... My husband and I decided to take a trip from Las Vegas to Boulder Dam. We love craft beer, so we decided to try out the brew co. We have been there once before and it was very mediocre, so we decided to give it another shot. The beer was subpar. Not much flavor, very weak. We also were hungry... More

Lauren - Thank you for your frank review. I am very sorry to hear your husband was ill. I can assure you, in all honesty, he did not receive food poisoning from our establishment. This does not, of course, diminish the suffering your husband endured. We adhere to the highest food quality, handling, preparing and serving standards. The Southern Nevada... More

My girlfriend and I are big craft beer fans. The Boulder Dam Brewing Company makes the 53rd brewery we've visited and I was very pleased. We ordered a sampler of their beers and some food. My girlfriend enjoyed their Raspberry Vice but my favorite was the Hell's Hole Hefeweizen. If I lived in the area it would be on constant... More

Thanks for stopping by our little brewpub! I'm glad you enjoyed your visit. I agree with you, the Hell's Hole Hefeweizen is also my favorite of our signature brews. Surprise, AZ isn't too far away, so hopefully we'll see you again in the near future. Cheers, Todd Cook Bru Guru More

I visited and tried a Pilsner type beer. Quite cloudy and close to the edge in my opinion. Asked barman if it was normally cloudy and he advised that it was getting to the bottom of the tank. Decide to leave as I didn't want to risk staying to eat if the beer served was indicative of its offer.

Thanks for stopping by my little brewery! I'm sorry to hear you didn't like the pilsner. I agree - if it was cloudy, the barman should have known to pull the beer and tap the fresh batch. I apologize for his oversight, and we will review this with our bar staff. If you find yourself back in the area, we'd... More

Awesome little restaurant with outside eating and pet friendly. They brew their own beer, and don't serve a bad item on the menu.

we were on our way from Vegas to the Hoover Dam and stopped by the brewery for a drink. We got the flight because we wanted to try them all and then we couldn't pass up the opportunity to try the beer float! It was so good that it led me to wonder why doesn't every brewery sell these? The... More

Thanks for stopping by my little brewery! I'm glad you guys had a good time. The Golden Cream (beer float) is popular if you can get someone to try it for the first time! If you find yourselves back in the area, we'd love another opportunity to impress you. Cheers, Todd Cook Bru Guru More
