Description: Located in the heart of the historic Old Town district, Boulder Dam...
Located in the heart of the historic Old Town district, Boulder Dam Brewing Co. Is Boulder City's first and only brewpub. Located across the street from the Boulder Dam Hotel, the brewery is less than five miles from Lake Mead and less than eight from Hoover Dam. Practically a museum in itself, the brewery features decor and fixtures from the 1930's, silent films made during the construction of the dam, actual pieces of equipment used during the construction and a myriad of art depicting Boulder City's beginnings and brewing from the period. A destination for locals and visitors alike, Boulder Dam Brewing serves up six original pub-brewed beers at a time. The 40-barrel system allows the flexibility to offer many unique styles, from refreshing Pilsners to hoppy Pale Ales to creamy Stouts. Food ranges from traditional pub fare to salads, burgers and sandwiches. The brewpub also carries a great selection of wines and non-alcoholic beverages. With plenty of seating inside, and a beautiful beer garden outside, it's the perfect place to stop by for a pint and a bite.

Great little place!

We have driven on the highway to Las Vegas several times and didn't really know that anything existed off the freewayl Circumstances led us to staying overnight at a nearby hotel and we found this brew pub by accident. The patio was lovely and we met some great people who let us share their table... read more

Awesome little restaurant with outside eating and pet friendly. They brew their own beer, and don't serve a bad item on the menu.

we were on our way from Vegas to the Hoover Dam and stopped by the brewery for a drink. We got the flight because we wanted to try them all and then we couldn't pass up the opportunity to try the beer float! It was so good that it led me to wonder why doesn't every brewery sell these? The... More

I went to Boulder City recently with a few friends. Every time I'm in that quaint city, though I have to make it a point to stop at the Boulder Dam Brewing Company. There is a continually rotating list of locally crafted beers on tap that are chosen from a library of tastes from the Black Canyon Stout to the... More

Thanks for coming back to our little brewpub! I'm glad you dig our place. I agree with you - the hefeweizen is my favorite of our signature beer line-up. Thanks for the review, and we hope to see you again soon. Cheers, Todd Cook Bru Guru More

Well it is tired and slightly run down with no attempt at a cohesive decor or theme. Beers were sorry copies of major brews with NO outstanding examples of the brewers art. Menu items were long in coming and bland at best.

Just finished a great day at Hoover Dam and was time a cold beer and burger. And this location didn't disappoint. I had a HUGE double burger and very good craft beer. Patio looked very nice, but was already full when we got there..maybe next time. Staff was very friendly and helpful on selections.

Thanks for stopping by my little brewery! I'm glad y'all enjoyed yourselves. You're right - our beer garden is an awesome spot for a beer and a bite, but, as you said, it fills up fast. If you find yourself back in the area, we'd love another opportunity to impress you. Cheers, Todd Cook Bru Guru More

This was a great way to conclude our visit to the Hoover Dam. Outdoor seating was inviting on a sunny warm day in March. The beer was fantastic - fresh brewed - and the food was good too (burgers, hot dogs, chicken, tuna) - perfect accompaniment with the beer. The service was laid back - so sometimes slow - but... Thanks for stopping by my little brewery! I'm glad y'all enjoyed yourselves. I will admit that our service is sometimes slow. Normally, the winter months are our slow season, but that was not the case this year, and we were caught off guard. We have hired an additional six staff members in the last couple of months and are working... More

The service here took forever. It took well over an hour to get our food, and we were there more than 20 minutes before they even took our drink orders. The dining area was a little messy. Not dirty, just quite cluttered. The food was OK, but nothing spectacular.

Thank you for stopping by my little brewery! And, thank you for the candid review. I'm so sorry to hear we let you down! We had bratwurst and onion rings, delicious sausage and good beer selection. Prices reasonable. Friendly service, simple not fancy, the had sunning movie about the building of Hoover Dam and Boulder city as well as TV showing sports events.

We stopped for a beer and an appetizer and we found that as well as a fun place. The outdoor patio was great on this warm February day and so was the chips and salsa. The salsa we were told was homemade and it was fabulous, a perfect match for their beer which was also very good. They offered something... More

Thanks for stopping by my little brewery! I'm glad you guys enjoyed yourselves. The Beer Garden is awesome, right?! Your assumption about the burgers is correct - hand-packed, never frozen Angus beef! If you find yourself back in the area, we'd love another opportunity to impress you.
