Great breakfast spot

We had a great breakfast with coffee, mango & ginger smoothie. I had the Mexican Benedict with chorizo & avocado. Food is very fresh and quite good. Great little spot to visit with friends and enjoy some great food.

pros: - coffee was excellent - water station is available with ice, lemon, and water thAt you can get for yourself - "happy hour" in the afternoon happens and you can get 15-20% off soups - banana bread was delish! - even though it is in a strip mall , looks are deceiving. It's large inside and doesn't feel packed... More

I've been here before for Coffee but not for food. This was my first time eating and I loved it. I had the Base Camp for breakfast which was a nice meal. The atmosphere is both trendy and clean. It took a bit of time for someone to take my order. After that it was autopilot. Bottom line, good food,... More

First visit to Anchorage and stopped here since we planned to visit Title Wave Books in the afternoon. Vegan options but also salmon, turkey, or burgers. Two line option with one for coffee and to-go orders and the other for dine in. Staff at the counter was patient and helpful. Food took about twenty minutes to arrive. Portion sizes were... More

Interesting ambiance w/ local artist paintings and other medium covering the walls (all for sale)...a mix of business people, families and people who claimed a table and were using it for an office for an extended period of time...we could only find seating outside on unstable plastic lawn furniture in the back parking lot. Order at the display case when... More

Great food and excellent choices of variety. All the flavors are enjoyed in whatever you get. I have tried many items and they were all delicious. Busy, but food comes fast.

Love this restaurant! The variety is excellent and it reminds me of a place I used to frequent in the 80's in New York's West Village. They have all kinds of smoothies, soups, salads and sandwiches as well as baked goods some of which are gluten-free/vegan. The staff members are welcoming, friendly and efficient and the atmosphere is kind of... More

This local spot was a great find with healthy options for vegans and everyone else. The curried lentil soup was amazing. I also had beet, apple, and ginger juice. The menu was very good and they also have homemade gluten free breads. For lunch it was packed. They offer counter service with plenty of tables.

Whether you're vegetarian, vegan, or an omnivore, you can certainly find something for lunch to eat and savor in this place. Their sandwiches are healthy with a touch of exotic. They also make great smoothies. And if you want a hot drink, you can also get an espresso or a latte. Parking in front off of Northern Lights can be... More

Met a business contractor here for lunch. Placed our orders at the counter with two semi-bored young women. Had a sandwich that was completely forgettable; not horrible, just average. Noise level was excrutiating and made talking business impossible. Could feel my stress level rising with every repeated shouted sentence between us. Bathroom was beyond gross and had one square of... More
