Filet

I stopped ordering Filets at restaurants because I was always disappointed. Ginger gave me new hope. Their Fiket was as tender and flavorful as anything I've ever had. Gina our server was the most fun and knowledge able as they come. 5 stars!!!!

The massage therapist at my hotel recommended this place and was spot on. House martini, oyster shooter and seared ahi tuna were all beautiful and delicious. A memorable meal for this Texas girl's first trip to Alaska.

I needed a place to meet 10 friends while in town for the day. This was amazing food - Lots of choices for my carnivorous and vegan friends. Delicious fast and MOST of all I could hear all 9 people and we didn't have to shout!

This wasn't our first choice of restaurant in Anchorage, others were too crowded. How glad we were that we stopped here. It's classy looking and the menu is very interesting. We weren't terribly hungry so just ordered appetisers. We had Spicy Tamarind Soup and Banana and Lemongrass soup. Both were excellent

Simply amazing. You have to experience Chief Aaron to actually live it! This is excellent. One of the finest in North America.

I have eaten at Ginger 6 times. Great service, atmosphere and food. I love the curry. As a matter of fact I have never had any other dish. It's that good. This restaurant has its own fasade. I can't compare it to any other restaurants in the Anchorage area. I was first introduced to Ginger by a coworker. Now I... More

Took a group of 5 to the restaurant. We had a reservation, but I don't think it is necessary to have one. I started with a salad and it had a lovely bit of heat to it, I knew it was going to be a great lunch. The variety of options are vast, the food was outstanding. I will visit... More

Last time I was here, about two years ago, a very overbearing and intrusive waiter destroyed the experience. He was beyond bizarre and apparently no one told him that good service anticipates your needs but is never intrusive. His jokes were awkward and unwelcome. Oh well. THIS time, dining at lunchtime with two business partners, it was wonderful. This stylish... More
