As a kid I loved New Segaya... But upon my return many years later things have really gone downhill. My deli sandwich is very dry... Even with the massive overuse of mayo. The bread is old. I asked the deli staff to make it again with softer, newer bread and they treated me like dirt for asking. I will never... More

this delicacy melts in your mouth; best served with a vanilla chai tea. The selections are great for any meal, watch for fresh fish specials. The vegetables and fruit specials vary; best to check in weekly.

This market got its start selling fresh fish to cater to the Japanese community but the rest of Anchorage soon caught on. Now it is a small boutique market with a 2nd store in midtown Anchorage. When I want the best fresh produce, fruit and meet, I go to Sagaya's.

Took my family to eat here - cafeteria style - picnic tables and non-hassle atmosphere great for kids. Adequate food choice and big enough portions to share - cheaper and better than McD

This is where we ate repeatedly with the kids - convenient and cafeteria style - our b&B recommended.

There are so many great options here! Great selection of fresh fruit, fish, bakery or "different" grocery items. By far though, the real star of this place is the Deli area! The portions are HUGE and the pricing is great! You can pop in for lunch, and a sweet treat and have enough leftover for dinner for sure! Parking isn't... More

Enjoyed deli and found the portions extra large just before closing. Very friendly with large tables to share with locals. Food was choice of Oriental and American and very cheap and good.

Great selections including fresh fruit. Nice friendly dining at picnic tables - enjoyed salad bar. Met other travelers as this is a local place for meeting.

Very inexpensive cafeteria style meals; grocery an added benefit since my B&B room had free refrig. Convenient to B&B. Great lattes.
