Great Salad Bar

Friendly supermarket near downtown and Tony Knowles Trail. Great selection, lots of interesting veggies, cheeses, dressings, etc.

The Midtown Market had fresh Halibut, King and Sockeye Salmon. As I was unable to fish on this trip they did the next best thing and packed me a travel box. They fileted and label each fish in a vacuum sealed bags. It was a great way to bring home some gifts for neighbors and friends.

I work about 5 blocks from the New Sagaya City Market on 13th Avenue, and when I'm in a time crunch for lunch, this is always the safest place to go. I can get in and out within 5 or 10 minutes with something from their deli for less than ten bucks. They have a fresh salad bar, which also... More

I love that I can get some unique dishes that are tasty. They have a wonderful variety of international products in their store and a variety of prepared food.

I went to Sagaya's to get seafood to grill but I also noticed that they had Ahi Poke, A Hawaiian delicacy made with raw fish marinaded in spices and sauces. I was surprised to see a bit of home so far away and it was pretty good. The sockeye I bought to grill was excellent.

Loved salmon wrap and salad bar. Family liked hot food servings. Quaint picnic table setting. Good tho expensive grocery selection.

We stopped in to pick up some items for the road, and were really surprised and pleased with the deli and sandwich choices. Nice quality.

As a kid I loved New Segaya... But upon my return many years later things have really gone downhill. My deli sandwich is very dry... Even with the massive overuse of mayo. The bread is old. I asked the deli staff to make it again with softer, newer bread and they treated me like dirt for asking. I will never... More

this delicacy melts in your mouth; best served with a vanilla chai tea. The selections are great for any meal, watch for fresh fish specials. The vegetables and fruit specials vary; best to check in weekly.
