Had a good beer along with a good cup of chile. The crab and scallop cakes were overdone and could have been mistaken for frozen. I wouldn't avoid, but also would seek out.

I was by myself and arrived about 15 minutes before the restaurant got busy. The menu is small and they print a new one every day. I ordered the Mariscada and thought it was great. The staff was very friendly.

Why wait 50 minutes at Snow City when you can dine here? Creative, delicious breakfasts, awesome fresh squeezed orange juice, friendly staff, beautiful artwork & photos gracing the walls.

Staff is really hustling, nice to see. Menu changes everyday so so very fresh, with plenty of seafood options. Hint check in on yelp for desert offer

Always creative and adventureous. AK fusion at its best! I always feel welcomed by the staff. They are friendly and knowledgeable. The wine list is extensive, like Disney world it's impossible to expirience all this restaurant has to offer in one trip. There lunch menu is outstanding and very affordable given its location in the heart of downtown.

Relaxed, come as you are dining with an ever changing menu printed daily. Crab and scallop cakes and bruschetta appetizers were delicious; halibut entree was cooked to perfection. Daily special game hen was the hit of the table, with the side striped shrimp risotto a close second. Can't miss with the burger, either. Always our got-to for great food and... More

four adults and our first night in Alaska, Sacks was recommended by the B&B owner we stayed with for the night and we understood why it was her favorite in Anchorage! Excellent food and service throughout our meal. The atmosphere was comfortable for our early evening meal. Suggest reservations.

The Red Alaskan king crab legs were perfect and cut in half for easy eating. The filet mignon was prepared perfectly too. Nice bottle of affordable California Cabernet Sauvignon was the year it was listed on the wine list. Very nice homemade espresso hazelnut ice cream for dessert. Beautiful local artist paintings on the wall. We especially enjoyed the service.... More
