We were lucky, sunny day in late August so could sit outside on the deck. Great selection of in house local beers - really tasty, good food & service, will definately go again.

We were there with a large group (9 people), so we ended up waiting for an hour to get our table. It was completely worth it. Our waitress was fun and helpful. Two people in our party ordered the Ale Fondue with Pretzels. This was even better than it sounds. The pretzel was good - big, soft, fresh-baked. The fondue... More

Great food and beer. Unless you want a long wait you must have a reservation. But even if you have to wait it's worth it. Chowder, King crab, crab cakes, seared ahi tuna and creme brulle. All great. Wish we had had another day in Anchorage to try lunch. Oh, and the IPA was one the best I've ever had.... More

This restaurant is always a must for me. I had the salmon with spinach and mashed potatoes. Great peanut butter pie! And the whiskey sour is on point!

This Past July, my wife and I took our first trip to South-central Alaska with our sixteen-year-old son and ten-year-old daughter. It was a dream vacation & possibly a once-in-a-lifetime trip. We had only two weeks in Alaska, but were determined to cram a lot of adventure into that time via RV (Great Alaskan Holiday). We fished with Alaska Saltwater... More

Friendly and tasty. We tried their beer sampler which was fun, We ordered Salmon and Halibut. The Salmon was over cooked and the waitress agreed with us and replaced it with a fresh grilled one. It was delicious.

Went to the Glacier Brewhouse with a dear friend for Sunday Brunch, The place was packed! A Plus (+) for this establishment are the many great local crafted beers and the self-serve Bloody Mary Bar.... Both a Plus (+) & a Minus (-) is the alder wood used in cooking/smoking - while most likely great for grilling steaks and planking... More

Great food, really awesome beer and a cool atmosphere. We enjoyed two dinners at this establishment and really enjoyed it. Prices are moderate and the food quality is good.

One of my favorite foods is salmon. I like it fresh, and not overcooked. The best salmon dinner I ever had was at the Glacial Brewhouse. My dinner companions also felt their dinners were excellent, and especially enjoyed the local craft beers, halibut and crab cakes. The flourless chocolate torte was rich and decadent. The place is crowded, get a... More
