One of the best restaurants in Anchorage. Excellent food, drink, service. Can be noisy when busy. Never a problem with reservations. Can be a bit expensive but food and service quality are worth it!

I've eaten at the Glacier Brewhouse frequently for many year for business as well as for personal lunches and dinners. The staff is always pleasant and do a great job in taking order and attending to it guests. The food is consistently great and served with great presentation.

The food is good but maybe a little overpriced. Seats by the fireplace are really nice and it's a good place to eat downtown. My only complaint is that it's often really noisy. When you have a group, it's often hard to hear what the people across the table are saying.

The food was good, the staff was friendly and the service was fast. It seemed like they also had a pretty good local beer menu.

I have been a regular customer of the Glacier Brewhouse and love the atmosphere and food, especially for lunches and weekend dinners. I’m not so sure the recent changes they made fits the customers desires. Recently, the Brewhouse made some changes to the grill area, bar area and removing some amenities, like the martini bar. They added stainless steel food... More

In addition to their local brews, they make a great red sangria. Their appetizers are my favorite- in fact I generally like them better than their full dinners. The blue cheese and bacon potato chips are a must-try item.

The food was soooo tasty. Reindeer sausage pizza and cod fish sandwich and clam chowder. All were excellent. Great beer too! Beautiful decor and fun ambience. Friendly waitress. The menu had a wide variety of prices from $10 pizza to $40 king crab.

First, the food was outstanding. Best I have had for a long time. The meat was perfectly cooked, good portions and great seasoning. Had an excellent craft beer. Service was lacking. They were very busy but had more than enough staff on the floor. Our waitperson was friendly, but not at all attentive. Drinks constantly were empty, items were forgotten... More

Absolutely recommend! Superb service - out waitress was great, and the food is delicious. We both had a salmon dish, and it truly tasted right off the boat. Topped with king crab and a wonderful sauce, it was am up-scale dish in a fun, easy-going atmosphere. And might I add for the single ladies, the ratio of 1 woman to... More

Really enjoyed the atmosphere of the Glacier Brewhouse. It reminded me like sitting around a fireplace and relaxing over drinks and food. Staff was quite friendly and the food was decent. I would go back again on my next visit to Anchorage.
