We return time after time and never have been disappointed with the service or food here. Excellent view, great seafood dishes, prime rib roast done right every time. One of our favorites is the French onion soup; crusty cheese, deep, rich stock with croutons and onions galore. Classy and reasonable. Call ahead because it's a popular sport!

Visited August 2014 for Dinner with my husband, father in law and sons 12 and 13. Called last minute and were able to get reservations. Seated at back of room but happy to be there. You would never guess when driving up what is inside. Had a fun vibe as it was full capacity. Beautiful interior decoration and separate room... More

Love this place. Not a usual dining spot because it's more on the high end of price but for what you pay you most certainly get. The food here is out of this world, true to it's Alaskan roots. King crab legs, macadamia nut crusted halibut, or seafood chowder. Great place to go and the view of the inlet is... More

The service was poor, the food mediocre, very disappointing. Would love to see some of the old spark they used to have. A poor value.

Disappointed. Way overpriced with very small servings. Snooty service. Obviously living off reputation and not what it used to be. Not going again.

One salmon dish (frozen sockeye), so ordered, prime rib ... Came as a poor cut, thin...really poor...so one of had the chicken...two small overdone breast filets. And while the quality was on par with a fast-food place, the... More

Simon's has always been a favorite of our family. I took a friend visiting from out of the state in August and was sorely disappointed with the service and the food. The halibut ordered was a small portion, over run with sauce and overcooked. After Christmas, we went to the bar area for appetizers, drinks and dinner. The service was... More

Moderately priced dishes with consistently good food. Seafood and steak with a great selection of wines and beers. You may eat in the saloon if the restaurant is busy.

We stopped in for a drink after eating dinner elsewhere and were pleased that we did. The bar area was very inviting and early 20th century decor was so very pleasant. There is pub grub if one is interested, but we settled for a Happy Hour Kenai Brewery beer for $4.95 and a glass of California Cab for $5.45. Nice... More

We decided to spend New Years Eve at Simon and Seaforts this year. I absolutely love their asiago seared scallops. And as usual, they were prepared perfect. My husband had their filet which was also prepared perfectly (medium-rare). The atmosphere was lively but not loud. We were able to carry on a conversation with our friends without having to scream... More
