Went here to celebrate my birthday here today while on a holiday in anchorage. What a mistake. We arrived a little earlier than our reserved time as it rained a lot and couldn't walk outside as planned. We were greeted by a scolding for showing up ahead of time and lectured on what a reservation time means. This inspite of... More

We went here for dinner after riding a bike on the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail. Pablo had recommended it and given us a coupon for a free appetizer. What great marketing! We headed right across the street , were promptly seated and waited on right away. The appetizer was the crab dip and was delicious. Our entree was the halibut... More

This restaurant is hopping. From the outside, it looks like you are entering the lobby of an office building, but once actually get inside the restaurant, you would never know it was in that setting. The restaurant has expansive windows that overlook Cook Inlet, and the sunset was amazing. The food is first-rate. You will not be disappointed eating here!

Great food and service, possibly a view, and prices reasonable for Anchorage add up to a winning combination. Apparently everyone else knows this as well, as we waited up to 1 1/2 hours late at night on 2 different nights. We don't know if they take reservations or not.

Great dining area in the bar. Unfortunately the waitress was not the friendliest and my steak had way too much salt. My fathers steak was great so I think mine was just over seasoned. Loved the atmosphere and would recommend to all!

I have eaten at Simon and Seafort's before and in the past I was not disappointed. However, this recent meal (on a Saturday night at peak service time) was just not very good (all four of us that ate felt the same way) On the positive side the service was very good, and the waiter made his best effort to... This is the second time we have been to eat here over widely separated times. Both times the food and service has been outstanding. We went with friends that live in Anchorage and they eat here fairly often. I had a combo meal that included pecan crusted halibut filet and halibut cheeks. My wife had the scallops. Both of the... Stumbled over this gem near The Copper Whale in (nearly passed it since the signage is fairly small and easy to miss). Glad we didn't miss it though! Great food. A good stop if you're looking for an upscale night out.

Fresh seafood, excellent friendly service. Got a table around 5 pm without having to wait, but there was definitely a queue forming as we were leaving. Halibut stuffed with crab was yummy! Would go back!
