the Snow City Cafe is very popular with residents as well as tourists-- very busy -- but they do take reservations --- open only until 4 in the afternoon! Name it and they have it1

Expect a wait, especially in the summer! One of Anchorages best breakfast places. I love the tofu scramble.

Weekly specials keep the variety up and the food is awesome. Good portions with a Moosewood flare. The wait is always worth it, and, if you can't wait, be sure to belly up to the counter. You can dress up or down, I'm always happy to meet up at Snow City for breakfast or lunch!

Snow City Cafe is a busy, trendy place to go to breakfast, brunch or lunch. The food is great and the staff are pleasant and engaging. This is the kind of place that will have a little something for everyone.

Quaint place. Food is always pretty good. Never been in a place like it. I took my dad to the Snow City Cafe because he loves neat loaf sandwiches and theirs are delish. My father is a diabetic and must eat in schedule. We arrived, put our names on the list and as time went by MANY, MANY parties walked in and around us and were seated. What they do not tell you is... More

This is one of Downtown Anchorage's hidden treasures and is a good brunch spot. There is no parking so you'll need to find parking elsewhere and arrive on foot. Service is good, but because of its popularity you may have a long wait for a table. Food is a cut above standard greasy spoon fare.

The food here is amazing and very fresh! I love the pomegranate mimosas! I rated it a 4 out of 5 due to the wait. I almost always have to wait at least 45 minutes before getting seated.
