I was there with 5 of my family members and we had a little wait, but it was worth it. The place reminds me of someplace you would find in a cute little college town like Lawrence. We got takeout from Snow City Cafe a couple days ago. Their staff was pleasant and efficient. They had our order ready on time. They are at a good location and were very busy. I had the meatloaf which was good. The mac and cheese was just okay. Overall I was pleased with their operation. more

Since the restaurant expanded over a year ago their food quality has gone downhill. This is to be expected as they now have more orders to fulfill. They should have stayed small. I'd rather wait for a great meal than sit and have a so-so meal. more

Snow City is loved by locals and it's a must for tourists. Great food, fun atmosphere (you're bound to see some friends), great service, and perfect downtown location. Try the eggs florentine for breakfast or the meatloaf for lunch. You can't go wrong! more
