Great Food and long waits

They have some of the best breakfast food and brunch items in town. It's not always worth the wait if you just stroll in at noon on Sat or Sun, 60-120 min wait is a tough one. But if you hit it right, enjoy the awesome food and homemade jams on their Multigrain toast is my fav!

This place was amazing. Come early and/or be prepared to wait. We had a party of 6 and our wait time was only half of what they predicted. Every person in our party got a different item and every single one of us cleaned our plates (although it was a struggle due to the large portion size) and discussed how... More

First of all, make a reservation--period. We dropped by for breakfast on a Thursday morning, were told an hour, went for a hike/walk and then still had an hour wait. I understand this can sometimes be hard for them to anticipate and control, BUT each time I went up to see where we were at in line the time turned... More

We needed a great breakfast to keep us going on our trip and this restaurant really was worth waiting for. We had been warned about the wait, but it wasn't that bad. Especially when you can help yourself to a mug of coffee (added to your bill later) while you hang with the locals.

High volume , good quick friendly service. My wife and I both had omelettes. The vegetables were fresh and we got out in a timely manner.

We hustled over to this place to be there when it opened to be sure not to miss our tour bus. There was already a crowd waiting for them to open, but we were seated quickly & had a terrific breakfast. Each of us ordered different things...all good & reasonably priced for Alaska. Be sure to grab some nicely wrapped... More

Great place for brunch! Definitely a popular spot for good reason. The menu selections are great and the cinnamon rolls are incredible. Hash browns could've been a bit crispier, but they were well seasoned. I look forward to coming back!

Food did not disappoint. I ordered the "deadliest catch", hubby had the "sockeye smoked salmon cakes with eggs", both we liked. Staff did not disappoint. Cafe had a warm welcoming ambiance. But because we still had to wait (I made reservations online and was there before the reserved time), I'm not giving it a 5 star. Long queuing, many customers.... More

Make a reservation, as there is a wait - very popular among locals and tourists. This eatery is on the ocean side of Anchorage, friendly staff. We got a trainee, and although my order was "I'll have the same thing she is having." I was brought an entirely different meal, WTH? She said, I'll get you the right plate, but... More
