Best location during the summer for burgers in town.

I love cheese burgers, but hardly order them due saturated fat and diet. When I do have one it is because I believe the establishment might provide an exceptional burger and I enjoy rating the best. I bet I haven't eaten in Arctic Roadrunner since the kids were young, our daughter used to like... read more

One visit and I was hooked! When I first visited on a weeknight it wasn't to busy and an gentleman asked me if this were my first visit. When I told him, "Yes," he suggested just trying the hamburger. While my wife, daughter, and I waited for our food this gentleman came by and talked to us and we found... More

Despite coming to Alaska for 15+ years, today was my first visit to Arctic roadrunner. I am so disappointed that I haven't been there before! I had the double Kenai burger the homemade onion rings, and a black berry shake. Everything was excellent and I can't wait for my next meal there!

51 years of restaurant business in one place should tell us siomething. Lots of historic pictures and other objects on wall. Beautiful fireplace and fire. Super burgers and wonderful shakes with hand dipped icecream. Blackberry shake had real berries and was wonderful. Very fair prices. Order at a counter, sit dowN at the vacant table of your choice, they will... More

Went for lunch and got a burger, homemade onion rings, and a shake. All was very good. Loved how it is still in the original location. Feels like you are walking into the past. Cash only, but they have an ATM there on site. Service was good, food was good. Would surely go again.

Decided to try Artic Roadrunner after a high review on Yelp. We were not disappointed. Great food, inexpensive prices and we enjoyed looking at the historic photos on the walls. Although we arrived at 8:40 and they close at 9, we were warmly welcomed and had great service.Pickle and pepper bar was great!

Kind of expensive but awesome food! I got the halibut and oh man, what a treat!! You get to decorate your own food and be aware CASH ONLY! Well worth the trip and money. There is seating outdoors during the warm weather, right next to a creek. Watch out for greedy ducks lol!!!

We stopped here for lunch for a burger and fries, three adults and three kids. The burgers were very good and juicy. We should have ordered more fries. They were delicious. I especially liked the outdoor eating area where we could have a comfortable lunch outside with three small children without having to worry about disturbing other patrons. Lots of... More

Saw a review that it was one of the best burgers in town, so I was curious to try it. The place looks dated, and not in a good way. The sign on the building celebrates their 40 years in business from 1964 to 2004--should have been updated last year to celebrate 50. There are two sign boards you can... More
