This was a great value and it taste great. I could not eat the entire breakfast the serving was so large. We had an awesome waitress. Beautiful and beautiful personality. The servers were awesome and very attentive. I would refer anyone to Kriner's Diner for breakfast.

After a week on a cruise ship, this was almost like home cooking. I had the open face roast beef with mashed potatoes and gravy one day, and the open face turkey the next time we went. It was very good. Portions were large. Great change of pace from all the big name restaurants. Go, you will not be sorry.

This was my 1st time here, and the waitress came to the table and took my husband's drink order and walked away. When she came back I said if I could get a drink ghat would be nice. To which she gave a disgruntled look.

Kriner's is the go-to place to eat! I love their daily specials. It's not just something on the menu; it's something unique and so so good. The service is good, weekend mornings it can get busy, but overall it's a great spot to check out or become a regular. It's the only place that I've found in Anchorage so far... More

I've been looking for a replacement for Sunrise Grill as a go to breakfast spot. This is a great place with good food, especially for breakfast and chicken burgers. Decent parking for the location and small waiting area.

My wife and I were upset that we found this place on the last day of our vacation. We only had breakfast here but it was by far the best breakfast of the four different places we had breakfast. Their atmosphere and food is the best in Anchorage. Other places were not even close. It is obvious that the owner... More

lots of menu choices, large portions. Came recommended by the locals. I had the fresh hand breaded chicken strips and they were delicious! Others had the Burgers which looked terrific as well. I would have liked to go back for breakfast

Food was pretty good, but way too much. Service could have been friendlier. I could have done without the politics on the menu.

You gotta try the Andy's Awesome burger. We usually have at least 1 a month! It is a favorite in our household. I haven't had a dessert I loved yet and probably won't keep trying.

From the menu (printed as a newspaper circa Goldrush) to the quippy little signs and beautiful artwork to the Alaskan-style portions - this place delivers on all levels! Sourdough toast is to die for! Chicken fried steak is the thickest cut I have ever eaten, covered in a thick and hearty country white gravy with just enough sage to make... More
