Comfort food at its finest. Dont go looking for anyrhing remotely healthy on this menu. The burgers are delicious and the menu is fun and endearing. Each item is named after a family member with a short bio. I really enjoyed my lunch and took a to go box with me.

This diner has great home style food. The portions are large enough to be shared! We love to share a breakfast plus a side of shreds. We walk away full. The lunch specials are always interesting and also large enough to share. The service is superb! The pricing will always bring us back as well as the god food.

By and far - this was indeed a delicious meal - I had the chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and vegetable. The only thing that would have made it better is a rose on my chair. JOKING!!! The wait staff is friendly, the decor -interesting, trying to be "Alaska chic", ya know stuff on the walls! Everyone was responsive to... More

Ate breakfast here. Large portions of excellent food. Had the reindeer sausage skillet that had 3 eggs, hash browns, reindeer sausage and a large biscuit with gravy. Could have (and should have) shared it with my husband! He ate the American toast; not to be confused with "French " toast which was also very tasty and filling. Quaint family-run business.

Are you hungry? Good, get ready to eat! Breakfast, burgers, and diner-style entrées. I’ve tried a number of things on the menu. The description of their chicken fried steak says is the best “east of C Street.” Um… I really like chicken fried steak but this was not my favorite. My favorites are the BBQ pulled pork sandwich (sweet!), and... More

I've been many times to Kriners! Just plain GOOD FOOD every time! My fave is the spaghetti samich, which they only serve once in a while. They have crazy good specials! Servers can be BUSY and may take a while for them to get to you... But well worth the wait! Breakfast, lunch or dinner! They also can do donations... More

This was a great value and it taste great. I could not eat the entire breakfast the serving was so large. We had an awesome waitress. Beautiful and beautiful personality. The servers were awesome and very attentive. I would refer anyone to Kriner's Diner for breakfast.

After a week on a cruise ship, this was almost like home cooking. I had the open face roast beef with mashed potatoes and gravy one day, and the open face turkey the next time we went. It was very good. Portions were large. Great change of pace from all the big name restaurants. Go, you will not be sorry.

This was my 1st time here, and the waitress came to the table and took my husband's drink order and walked away. When she came back I said if I could get a drink ghat would be nice. To which she gave a disgruntled look.

Kriner's is the go-to place to eat! I love their daily specials. It's not just something on the menu; it's something unique and so so good. The service is good, weekend mornings it can get busy, but overall it's a great spot to check out or become a regular. It's the only place that I've found in Anchorage so far... More
