This is one of the best Great Harvest Bread Company's I've been to across the U.S. The sandwich bar is excellent, and of course, all the baked goods are too.

This is the best bread I have had in years. The sandwiches are fantastic. The staff is friendly and the restaurant has an airy, yet cozy and inviting atmosphere. I'll eat here again if I make it back to Anchorage.

This company is a true bread company in all ways. Their selection is amazing...period and so far over the years I have never experienced anything other than great breads......the service is outstanding and they always have sampling available. Our girls are breadies so this is a definitive stop for them regularly......

I am not really a bread lover (very seldom eat bread) but this place is fantastic. I went here for lunch earlier this week for the first time and absolutely loved the turkey pepper jack cheese panini. One of the best tasting sandwiches I have ever had. Also, their bread samples are wonderful. I tasted the pumpkin swirl and WOW.... More

On our trip to the Kenai Pennisula, upon landing in Anchorage and as we left, we ate at this amazing place. As you get out of your car, you can smell the heavenly scents of fresh baked bread. Everyone is offered a sample of warm bread with butter and jam...you choose the sample and this is not just a tiny... More

Stopped in here for breakfast one morning. We almost didn't need to grab breakfast because the number of huge samples we were given. They had many different kinds of bread for all tastes. Breakfast was an egg sandwich on fresh bread and it was excellent too.

This was the perfect spot for lunch in Anchorage before we headed up to Denali. We were originally going to go to Moose's Tooth but the line was too long so we stumbled on Great Harvest. Staff are so friendly, bread samples are delicious. The sandwiches are a little pricey but they are large and fresh. They do need more... More
