Always great food. I love their pork vindaloo. Terrific flavors. There's the restaurant which has a more expanded menu or the cafe by titlewave for fast convienent service. I've never been disappointed. They have dairy free and vegan options.

With the first sip of the chai tea, I felt myself back in Nepal. The food was wonderfully seasoned and authentic. I had the Dal Bhat, a Himalayan staple, and it was delicious. The samosas were filled with an aromatic vegetable mixture. The mango lassi was good too. Service was attentive and friendly. I wish the inside were a bit...

I highly recommend this place! The food and services is wonderful......Lot's of heart went into the cooking.
WOW. This place exceeded my expectations in leaps and bounds. Some work colleagues took me there for lunch, and I was definitely happy with the experience. Staff is friendly and courteous, the food was hot and fresh, and the flavors were amazing. I can't wait to go back!
We went to the one at the northern lights shopping center. Very nice, wonderful staff, great food. My only complaint was lack of seasoning in my soup, and no salt shaker. My potato leek soup was good but a little bland. The gyros were very tasty, and try an inside out carrot cake!
How amazing that Anchorage has not one, but two Himalayan restaurants! Y&Y is amazing, great service, great variety, great mango lassi, very small inside but whatever! I will go back many, many times. Everything is delicious. One of my favorites thus far in the area.
Love the pumpkin bread and the restaurant smells wonderful. New location next to Title Wave makes for a good midtown visit.
Gave it a try, had Chicken Tikka Marsala it was ok and Chai tea. I would probablly not go there again real soon. Nothing against them the service was fast & friendly but, just not my cup of tea. You order and pick-up at the counter then bus your own table. Next to a used bookstore and a starbucks.
After reading the positive TA reviews, my Mom and I decided to have lunch here. I had the Chicken Tikka Masala and my Mom ordered the Kalimpong Shapta. Both are meals were flavorful and delicious. The garlic naan and iced chai perfectly complimented our meal.
While service was initially slow, the food was worth the wait. The owner is quite...

We go to the mini-restaurant next to Title Wave Books. Quick, delicious and filling! Their chai is the best in town.
