Tasty Chowder!

We had to try this tasty chowder, so we picked the Pacific Place Mall location. Best option to try was the "Sampler" which gives you the choice of (4) different chowders. All of them were very tasy, however two were the best for me! No long waits at this location!

My friends recommend this place to enjoy chowder during winter time. We got there half hour early before opening(11am) but already lots of people in line! So be prepared & make sure be there earlier so you can enjoy the food. The location was hiding inside the narrow road, but if you see lots of people waiting in line--- yea... More

We tried some Pike Place Chowder on a wider tour which side-stepped the queue and the chowder itself scored well against other tastes that morning. A chowder with plenty of solid substance and very well matched flavours.

We went for lunch (1pm-ish) on Sunday afternoon. The wait took about 30 minutes to get in.The facility itself is small and crowded, and it is an open air restaurant, so it was hot. However, it is the BEST clam chowder that my family and I have ever had! So, it is worth the wait, if you aren't in a... More

The line was out the door, and there were no available seats in the dining area at the time, but don't let that dissuade you. The line moves steadily, and as long as folks are respectful, the seating opens up as well. You may have to ask a couple to share a table, but it's absolutely worth it. The seafood... More

Visiting Seattle for vacation - friends took us to Pike Place. A lot of places to choose from for lunch time. There was about a 30 min wait in line as well as some anxiety finding a place to sit and eat, but the table turnover is fast. We had several different types of chowder, will summarize below: 1. New... More

My husband LOVES clam chowder. (me, not so much). We arrived at 11 am to find a short line that moved quickly. He had the New England clam chowder and I had the corn/chicken chowder. Both were excellent! The bread was delicious that came with the chowder.

As we approached Pike Place Chowder, we saw an incredibly long line. We knew then that what we were going to taste would be well worth it. The chowder was excellent! It was wonderfully creamy and the flavor was one of the best we have tasted. We had the New England Clam Chowder and would have it again in a... More

Came to seattle for some work meetings in the area and had a day to explore the city. Obviously had to come to this place after hearing great things. I was very pleased and would recommend it to anyone. Great chowder and bisque

We found this place while walking around pike place market. I hadn't researched beforehand but one look at their menu and the line that was forming was convincing enough. The line was pretty long but it was definitely worth it. I had the clam chowder in a sourdough bowl and can say its the best I've ever had. Would recommend... More
