The Original Green Leaf, Just as Good

We normally go to the Green Leaf in Belltown, took our daughter to lunch here and we were impressed. Fresh, fast, nice portions and really good.

Came here with a friend on his recommendation. Very good service, a nice selection of meals to choose from, and everything tasted great. Prices were fair. Wine list is lacking anything really substantial. You can choose "merlot" or "chardonnay", so definitely wouldn't make this a wine recommended location to dine in the city. Otherwise, a great spot and worth a... More

This is one of the venerable and classic Seattle Vietnamese places. I've been there quite a number of times and always wonder why I don't go more often. I think it is because they are busy so there may be a wait and the seating is tight so it is a bit clostraphobic. The food is so good and they... More

This is one of the best Asian restaurants in Seattle. It's fusion between French and Vietnamese is quite authentic and delicious. See if you can get seated upstairs. The wait staff has been the same for years here and I love how attentive they are without being overly obtrusive.

In the International District (good luck parking; we took an Uber), this Vietnamese hole in the wall joint has the best. food. ever. I would have taken photos but we gobbled it up as soon as the plates landed on the table. Well-prepared, well-presented -- this was the least expensive and best meal we had on a week-long stay in... Went to Green Leaf on a recommendation from a friend. Located in the International District so it can be a bit tricky to find parking but the food was good and the prices were reasonable. I ordered Pho and it was tasty. Would recommend if you are in the area and craving Vietnamese.

This is one of those International District places that makes you feel adventurous eating somewhere exotic no one knows about.....maybe. The Green Leaf has been around for years and was considered by many to be one of the best. Well, it has lost it's charm. The decor is exactly the same as always making the place seem dirty. The servers... More

My wife two young kids and I ate dinner here while walking around the Chinatown district. Recommended highly by this website and the Lonely Planet guide. We were not disappointed. It looks like nothing from the outside, and to be honest it's not much on the inside, but the food was terrific. The highlights were the green mango salad- I've... More

I have been going to this restaurant in the International District for a couple of years and my favorite menu item is the bun dac biet which is a special combo of grilled chicken shrimp pork and egg rolls served over vermicelli and a special sauce. If you like Vietnamese food this is the place to go and get there... More
