Just tried this place last night. We had 9 tiny courses that had a very wide variety of ingredients and combinations. The flavors were interesting and it was fun to try such a wide variety of dishes. However if you are looking for that one amazing dish to keep you coming back this is not the place for you. It... More

The staff at this restaurant was amazing. Very small staff, even though they were busy the staff was very attentive. They would take time to talk about each dish. Innovative dishes were served. This made me try things I wouldn't have tasted otherwise. I would never have ordered carrot soup, but there carrot soup was amazing. I normally wouldn't touch... More

Budget some time. Get the tasting menu. Don't rush. It took about three hours for us to have dinner here, with coffee and conversation. Everything, and I mean everything, on the tasting menu was out of this world, all locally sourced and fresh. Reservations a must for this small space. Very highly recommended.

Came here to celebrate my best friend's birthday. She'd never been here and it didn't disappoint, yet again. There's so much care and attention to detail to every dish. And you can taste the difference, too. Everything is exquisite. We shared everything family-style and ordered: crudo, shiitake mushrooms, black cod, and duck breast. The crudo was fresh and so tasty.... More

Visited here in June 2013 with my wife. We had reserved one of the early tables (not the big one) and we shared the restaurant with only one other couple. We chose the Tasting Menu with wine pairing. As a cook I appreciate all the effort put into each dish and the flavors were awesome. I asked about a unique... More

Limited menu but our food was good to excellent. I recommend highly the squash soup, calamari, salmon, deserts and macaroons. A pasta dish with tuna was good but not to my taste. I also found the blueberry compote a little strong. Service was excellent. The restaurant wasn't crowded when we had dinner there so it wasn't loud. We'll return.

A real gem of a place! Each plate is well-balanced in flavor and texture, everything worked beautifully together. My favorites from the evening were stuffed zucchini (amazing flavors) and seared duck breast. Fantastic food, great service, easy-going atmosphere - a great value at $85 for a 9-course tasting menu + $40 for wine pairing!

communal and the 8 private for 2. We went for dinner for two and it was a nice and quiet Sunday. The staff is great and it is in a homey side street of Wallingford. The waitress was great. Her first comment was try the pasta. I made it myself this afternoon! Turns out she's the former she's the former... More
