Still our favorite

Of all the wonderful choices of restaurants in Seattle, this is still far and above our favorite. Dustin continues to elevate his game every time we go. Every dish is jaw-droppingly delicious and the staff is great! This is the quintessential Seattle restaurant and a MUST for any true foodie.

Art of the Table has no ambiance and is the most overpriced restaurant in Washington State. If you want to go to a "Herb Farm" wannabe, than this is the place to go. The portions of food are so small that it would be classified by the World Court as famine rations. The food is well prepared and the staff... More

I have eaten at some of Seattle's best over the past 16 years, but this was the best. Art is found not only in the food and presentation, but the welcome and attentiveness of the entire staff. This is an intimate, small venue, but what it lacks in size is more than made up by the food. There is a... More

I am giving this a three star rating mainly because of the price/benefit scenario. The food is challenging and tasty, I will not lie. Some of it was a little too out there for me though, and the interior itself leaves much to be desired. If I am dropping $400 on a dinner for two with drinks, I would like... More

The staff of Art of the Table really understand food! They are dedicated, knowledgeable and friendly. It was our evening's entertainment and they did not disappoint. I'm so glad we found this place!

What an amazing place! Every season they serve a special dining experience and I was lucky enough to be there for the Spring version. The setting is intimate but not uppity and has a great atmosphere. The food? Whoa! Four hours of perfection paired with exquisite wines. Fresh seasonal fruits & vegetables as well as locally raised proteins. The waitstaff was... More

What a TRULY AMAZING experience! Eight (8) courses of some of THE BEST COMPOSED FOOD I have EVER eaten...JUST SPECTACULAR! I had a healthy degree of skepticism upon arriving at this restaurant; however, the chef's intro dish COMPLETELY put me at ease! For the next 2.5-hrs, I enjoyed dish after dish of just WELL-COMPOSED food! And, to think that only... More

We really enjoyed Art of the Table but for the price I just don't know if I would go back. Definitely an experience and I am glad we did it but probably just a one time thing for me. The food was very good, the service was great, and the atmosphere is cool. If you are willing to shell out... More

We had the opportunity to sit at the chef's table at Art of the Table, where we were fortunate enough to watch Chef Dustin and his crew prepare our dishes from the tasting menu. We were able to see how our fabulous dishes were created, but we were also able to witness the great chemistry Chef Dustin had with not... More
