Tasty Spicy Sushi

Went here for Sushi on our last night visiting Seattle. Long wait but it was definitely worth it. Great tasting and many Sushi selection. Ambiance is nice and fun but could be noisy. So if you are going for a quiet dinning, this may not be the place. The red WIne selection is limited with only 3... read more

Walked in with a group of 8 and was seated right away. I was looking for a sweet and spicy roll ad was referred the sweet inferno which was delicious. We had the sushimi flight for a starter with fried tofu. Both delicious! It's priced well with a patio happy hour until 8. Good service, great sushi, I'll return.

While visiting Seattle, we made a pact that we would only eat seafood. We stuck to that by going to Umi and having lobster tempura and soft shell crab tempura appetizers. For our main, we had a Godzilla (shrimp) Roll and a spider(crab) roll to share. The food was so fresh and very good. They were very busy but the... More

Umi has great sushi and a far better ambience than any other downtown sushi establishment. They also have great happy hour deals! You must go.

I recently went to Umi with a larger group and I honestly think it was a better experience and value than some of the other more $$$ sushi spots nearby. We had excellent cocktails, fresh fish, and the price came out to less than $100 for a couple. The specialty rolls are pretty expensive though, so we didn't order very... More

Cool outdoor/indoor vibe and great prices during happy hour! My son and I went and had a blast trying many of the different rolls. They were all delish! Would highly recommend if you are in the mood for sushi in Belltown.

Excellent food. The wait staff were very professional and courteous. Japanese with a European influence. I still think about the meals we ate today. Maybe not one to take the kids too. Myself and my husband had a lovely romantic dinner. They also offered many varieties of Sake to try.

We ate here 2 nights in a row because the rolls were too die for! Tuna, yellowtail, spicy crab mix- they tasted fresh. Well done. Highly recommend

Sushi was finest quality. Always amazed at how fresh and delicious it is on the coast. We ordered based solely on the waitress recommendations. Awesome. Could've returned many nights in a row.

Really enjoyed the variety of sushi here -- quite unique, but then again, I don't live in an area with a lot of good Asian cuisine. Only downside - it was really, really loud - at least where we were sitting.
