Great for gluten free but not sugar free

I've always enjoyed the desserts. I'm not a fan of the bread, a bit to heavy for my taste. I've tried a few lunch items, not my favorite.

The baked goods here are excellent regardless of whether you abide by a gluten-free / vegan diet or not (I do not). Very good food at very good prices. The staff is very friendly. Seating (if available) can be cozy.

I imagine most people come here because their diet or personal choice restricts them to gluten free or vegan foods. I am neither and I come here regularly. Before Flying Apron, my only experience with gluten free baked goods was, well, like trying to swallow a mouthful of sawdust. Somehow Flying Apron makes them absolutely delicious. Try a coconut scone,... More

It is homey and not chichi, so many choices for those who cannot have dairy or wheat! I had the most delicious piece of strawberry rhubarb pie and got a brownie to go. Reasonable prices and a grand selection of other goodies as well. Wish there was one closer to home!

I always look for bakeries when I travel to see what's local and delicious. This place is a gem! The pumpkin cake with chocolate icing was fantastic. The staff was super nice and very helpful in choosing the right dessert for me. I will be back!

It's a 2 minutes walk/run away from the famous Troll hideout but Trolls and other horrific monsters are not allowed to enter the premises. They don't put them in the food either. Other reasons I love this place: • You have an extensive array of no mystery delicious treats to choose from. There is no mystery because all of the... More

Wish I lived here. Tried the lemon bar and berry pie. Super delicious and full of flavor. My mom who eats gluten and dairy could not tell. Can't wait to visit again.

When I saw this place, I instantly recognized the name and was so excited to try it! Maybe my expectations were too high, but I was underwhelmed. I mean, everything was good, but nothing was too spectacular. My friends and I had a peanut butter chocolate chip cookie, a dark chocolate mint cookie, and a ginger cookie. The peanut butter... Visited this hidden gem while in Seattle. If you are in the area and need to eat a Gluten Free and/or Vegab diet, you MUST put this place on your list. Amazing muffins, pastries, sweet rolls, scones, sugar cookies, etc. They also offer a full range of coffee and tea type drinks in a
